I phoned Valentin around noon and he was here by 2:30! He was totally professional - gave me a rough quote on the phone for what he thought the problem was; he was bang on, fixed it in no time, and even offered some helpful advice on a couple of other things. Price was totally reasonable compared to other companies, and I felt he was 100% knowledgable and reliable. He will be our new go-to plumber!! Highly recommended.

Valentin was almost instantaneous in responding to my inquiry for a quote and scheduling availability on the replacement of a corroded p-trap under my kitchen sink. After sending him some pictures of the condition of the pipes, he was able to provide me with a game plan and a couple estimates based on the possibility that the more than one piece of the drainage system may need to be replaced. He was also able to schedule me in within 24hrs of my inquiry. Today was of the repair- Valentin was diligent on keeping me updated with regards when I could expect him to arrive. As soon as he arrived, he put on a par of cloth shoe covers to ensure his cleanliness upon entering, he assessed the problem, showed me the parts he would replace and got to work right away. Before I knew it, the replacement was done, the new piece was installed and Valentin spent time ensuring all parts were tightly secured and not leaking. When drawing up the invoice, Valentin stuck to the estimate he gave me during the initial inquiry and listed out what was replaced, the results of testing to ensure the install was good, noted a 30-day warranty and a recommendation to have another part replaced sometime in the future. Overall, Valentin was very polite, diligent, quick, honest, tidy, and a pleasure to work with. I'll be sure to use him again in the future and recommend him/Strong Pluming Co. to anyone who requires plumbing services. Thank you!

Valentine has given us solid advice on two separate occasions. Both times we were afraid that we were in for a very expensive fix and were pleasantly surprised to find out that costly repairs were not necesary.

Valentin came to fix our sink sprayer, leaky toilet, and replace a spiget. His work was neat and well done, with attention to detail. I've had a toilet with a chain that catches. I've asked two other plumbers about it but the problem wasn't solved. Valentin knew just what was needed right away and he looked up the product online with me to ensure that I ordered the correct part. We would definitely call him again.

Valentin replaced a pipe under our kitchen sink. He was very responsive, efficient and friendly. He explained the problem to me very well and charged a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone.

Valentin was a pleasure to work with. He was upfront about what to expect in repairing our leaky pipe in terms of cost, time, etc. The pipe was hidden behind drywall and Valentin was quick to pinpoint the exact issue and make the repair. Valentin replied to my phone call promptly and was at our house as soon as we needed him (exactly on time). We will definitely use Valentin again should any plumbing issue arise. I discovered a leak in the roof of my garage on March 18. Valentin quickly diagnosed the problem as a cracked pipe. This was a really messy job as the pipes were coated and surrounded by pink foam insulation, and they lay close to electrical lines. Valentin not only fixed the pipes, but he cleaned up after himself. He was respectful, polite and honest. And to top it off, when my car wouldn't start, he gave it a boost, saving me a call to CAA!!

Hi, on Feb 2013 I had a broken pipe; it leaked for a while..., and I didn't know - until the water came out from the floor tiles. I have searched on the internet and found a small contractor that wouldn't charge me too much. Valentin came within several hours from the call. He fixed the pipe, worked clean and charged a reasonable amount.

We bought a new washer/dryer & needed to move the laundry sink to install the machines together (dryer middle, washer left due to door-swing, & sink right). Valentin answered my call & email promptly & we set up a time soon after. He came on time, worked efficiently & we are very happy with his top quality work. The laundry pipes are streamlined now & the appliances are much better organized. I would highly recommend Valentin's expertise & services. We will call him without hesitation for our next job. As with many Toronto homeowners impacted by the Smart Water Meter program, we found we needed to make some significant changes to our plumbing to allow the meter to be put in place. Valentin @ Strong was very quick to arrive and assess our requirments and his team (well an army really) were punctual and completed the project in good order. The quality of the work was high. Very happy with the price for this project. Subsequent calls we have made to Strong have been satisfactory - ordinary plumbing issues have been resolved, but the cost has been on the high side.
