Valentin was punctual, efficient and very thorough. He did not leave until all aspects of the job were checked thoroughly. I highly recommend him and his company. An excellent job!

Valentin showed up for an emergency situation and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. We have had an issue with leaking when taking a shower for years and no one figured it out. Valentin diagnosed the problem and solved it quickly. He said that when the tub was installed, the installers did not put in a tiling flange causing water to seep through when taking a shower. He recaulked and then said to do this every year or else tear down the tiles and put in a tiling flange to solve problem permanently. This is the second time Valentin has helped us out. Very professional and courteous. Thanks Valentin!!!

I called Valentin on Monday morning about some plumbing repairs after having difficulty reaching another plumber I had worked with. Valentin showed up that afternoon and completed the repairs extremely quickly.

Our basement sink overflowed and flooded the floor. We couldn't do any laundry and then the kitchen sink also started backing up. He came right away, quoted up front and explained the problem clearly, was quick and polite and concerned about keeping our house clean. Also gave some tips to prevent the block from happening again.

Valentin gave me expert advice that was instrumental in getting my kitchen faucet running again. He was courteous and very helpful. I would call him again for any plumbing advice.

We needed a plumber. We looked on HomeStars and found Strong Plumbing. We had not used them before but chose them because of their high ratings. I phoned on the Friday and spoke to Valentin. I explained the issue. He was very helpful and offered to do the work that day or the following business day even though we are based in Richmond Hill. I agreed that he would do the work. He contacted me later that day to explain that his current job would mean he could not do the work that day. The next day he emailed to provide an estimate of when he would come. He arrived on time, looked at the piping and gave us an estimate of the costs under 2 scenarios. We opted for the better solution. He then completed the work in 1.5 hours and showed us what he had done, why the issue had ocurred and how we could prevent it in future. Overall, we were delighted with his work. And would be happy to employ him again and/or recommend his services to friends.

Valentin was selected for this installation based entirely on the reviews in HomeStar's. He promptly responsed to our email with an estimate and quickly scheduled a convenient time around our schedule. Arrived on time and took all precautions to keep the work areas tidy and clean. A simple 2 toilet installation became somewhat problematic, as we had purchased 2 units that would not work well with the existing supply lines. Valentin quickly provided us with suggestions on other models and began the preparation work and patiently waited while one of us exchanged the units to his suggested brand. Lesson learned: Consult a plumber before buying toilets - don't rely on the salesperson. Valentin installed both toilets in no time - and they both fit perfectly. He is a true professional with exceptional customer service. We have found our go-to plumber in Valentin and would recommend Strong Plumbing to anyone. Thanks again Valentin!

I am very satisfied with Val's service. He arrived in good time and immediately set about reviewing the issues and then offering a few options. Did the work quickly and tidily and then, most encouragingly, demonstrated what he had done. I would definitely use him again.

Val is prompt, courteous, and very professional. Our basement toilet was not flushing properly, and he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the next day. I would reccommend him to anyone.
