I would definately use these guys again. Very reasonable costs and effecient work. Drop sheets used (inside) and they showed up on time. Mike was friendly and talked me through the work and the winterization needed.

Valentin installed a water line for our new refrigerator. He was very organized, professional and thorough. He was on time and worked quickly to get everything hooked up, and tested it a few times to make sure everything was working properly. He needed to move our oven to connect the line properly, and even though this should have been an additional cost, he did not charge us anything extra. We will definitely call Valentin/Strong Plumbing for any future plumbing needs, and will recommend him to all of our friends! Excellent service.

Had a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink. Mike from strong plumbing showed me that a corroded nut that had broke was the problem. He gave me a free estimate of best and worst case scenarios. Thankfully the best case scenario solved the problem and he fixed the issue within the hour. I'm glad that there still are honest businesses out there. I strongly recommend Strong Plumbing and would use them again.

After trying several plumbers, I was lucky enough to find Valentin. He came quickly and on time and was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. The work was done very carefully and neatly. I especially was impressed that Valentin first checked that the new toilets that I had purchased actually fit in the existing space before he attempted to install them. He was able to fix my bidet by spending the time necessary unlike other plumbers before him who said it couldn't be fixed. Valentin replaced cartridges without charging me. He aims to please his customers and really cares. I was totally satisfied with Valentin, will use him for any further plumbing needs and have already recommended him to family and friends.

We had a leaky outside water valve which was a problem because we had to have the valve open all the time so our garden irrigation line could run on a timer. The leak was right beside our foundation. Valentin came the day after I called him, replaced the valve for a reasonable price and even easily fixed a loose bathroom faucet that had been bugging me for a year. definitely will call him if I need a plumber again.

We had identified the problem of the phantom flush toilet on line. Valentin showed up right on time for the appointment. He explained the problem and fixed it. He also repaired a leaky tap problem while he was there. He had all the parts with him. He was just great. The bill was very reasonable.

We tried to install our own toilets, what a disaster! Valentin came to the rescue and re-installed our toilets quickly and efficiently. He even called a couple of days later to ensure we were satisfied with his service! Never again will we try to do our own plumbing! We've learned our lesson and will be calling Valentin in the future for any other plumbing jobs we have!

When the snow melted and the ice thawed, I noticed that our outdoor tap had broken from the pipe during the winter. I had shut off the water source before the winter, but the valve had been leaking and caused water buildup leading to this break. Valentin responded to my message almost immediately and came by the next day. Not only did he repair the tap and fix the leaky valve that had caused the issue, he provided me with great advice to prevent this issue from reoccurring. While there he also replaced a leaking drain pipe in our kitchen for a reasonable price. He left everything very clean, and the repairs seem to be working perfectly. I would defintely call Valentin at Strong Plumbing again.

I got Strong's name from this website and sent the owner, Valentin, an email and within 5 minutes I had a reply and an appointment scheduled for first thing the following morning. He quoted a reasonable price and had the job done properly in two hours. He replaced the bathroom sink and tap, fixed a leaky toilet and bath tap. He was extremely pleasant and professional and I would definitely call him again and recommend him highly. Thank you Valentin – I will be calling you when I’m ready to renovate the bathroom!

I called Valentin yesterday morning, and he was able to come by in the afternoon. He fixed our kitchen tap which had lost most of its pressure, and was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Both professional and knowledgeable. He will be my only call if I have any other issues in the future.
