I tried to repair a loose faucet in the bathroom, but when I saw how corroded all the fittings were, I realized I needed more knowledgeable help. I called a couple of plumbers, but never heard back from them, and then I contacted Valentin. He was polite, enthusiastic and very accommodating. He showed up on time, scoped the jobs thorouhgly, gave me a good time estimate and proceeded to work. He was quick, efficient and clean, and his service costs were reasonable. I would call him again in a heartbeat.

Our message was promptly returned and we were able to book him for two days later. Not only was he professional but he was quick, keeping every thing tidy as he went, well priced and lovely. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

When I first called Valentin, it was because of the positive reviews I read. I was so impressed with the service and workmanship that Valentin provided, that I have called him back for a second project and have recommended him to my neighbours.

Used Strong Plumbing twice: Every faucet in my home needed some sort of repair or replacement; and the kitchen drain pipe also needed two different repairs. Valentin was prompt, clean (drop cloths and shoe-covers), and did a beautiful job on everything, with an "Old-World" work ethic and professionalism.

I contacted Valentin after reading all of the positive reviews on Homestars, and I was very happy that I did. My (very old) bathtub taps were dripping pretty consistently, and water was also dripping under the bathroom sink. I also had questions about some other plumbing in the house. Valentin was knowledgable, easy to deal with and provided good advice about what could be done now, what could wait until later, and how to prolong the lifespan of what we had. I had anticipated that my shower taps would need replacing and had been looking at possible replacement styles - and was pleasantly surprised to find that Valentin had brought exactly the style I was interested in with him. As a result, he was able to do the repairs immediately - and he did them at a reasonable price. It's really nice to be able to deal directly with a reliable tradesperson, instead of with some big company where you never know who is going to show up at your door. I'll be recommending him to all of my friends.

We called Valentin after reading some great reviews from this site and we were not disappointed. Valentin came to inspect and provide his opinion after coming home to a leak in the ceiling. He came within a day of calling him. He was neat and provided his professional opinion to the issue. He also installed a plug in our bathrooms and installed shut off valves Valentin respected our home by putting on cover-ups over his shoes. We will definitely use and recommend Strong Plumbing to our family and friends.

We had the water pipes on our property replaced by Strong Plumbing Co. We are extremely satisfied with the job. Valentin and his team did an excellent job, on time and on budget. Valentin kept us updated with the progress of the job. He explained to us in details what needs to be done. He did everything for the price we agreed, although there were difficulties with installing the pipes. We highly recommend Valentin and his team for any plumbing work. We have two more bathrooms to renovate. Ww will definitely choose Valentin for the job.

A friend of mine gave me Val cell phone just in case I will need a very good plumber. When I had to do some plumbing work I call Val and we did an appointment for the next morning 7.00 AM. In less than 1 hour he did a great job with a decent price. From that day we are able to drink water from the city water system. I will recommend him to all of my friends who will need a professional plumbing work.

It was a fairly small job (replacing a couple steel pipes with copper ones) but Valentin gave it high priority - came out within days to quote, then within days to replace. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy.
