He responds to requests, texts to confirm the work that will be done and his arrival time, does the work efficiently and correctly, and charges a fair price. In a city where it can be hard to find the real deal, Valentin and Strong Plumbing is it.

Valentin was able to fix our thermostatic bath facet. He explained what was causing the issues we were having. I would highly recommend him. We were very happy to have this resolved.

The city sewer backed up and flooded our basement. Val was here the next day with his camera to inspect and ascertain where to put the backflow valve and cleanout. Val was very clear on what needed to be done. He and his crew were punctual, driven, and clean. Val arranged all the permits, met with the city inspector, and walked us through the process of the city's rebates. A flooded basement is a pretty rotten experience, meeting and working with Val almost makes it worthwhile. Hire this man.

Valentin was able to fit us in within 48h and replace our outdoor shut off in the basement, as well as resolve an issue with the outdoor piece as well. He explained what he was doing and provided general advice to winterize properly.

We had a back water valve installed outside the front of the house. The team did a great job. The full installation was completed in a few hours l, including digging a 6ft hole, cutting out the old pipe, installing the back water valve, showing me how to clean it and replacing the hole which looked exactly like it did before. Throughout the planning Valenin was in contact with me and great for answering my questions. Great team and highly recommend!!

I needed to replace the water valve feeding my furnace humidifier (plus other small plumbing projects). Valentin communicated with me promptly and professionally, laid out exactly how much it would cost, and what my options were. He made an appointment for the next business day, arrived on time and did the work quickly and efficiently, and then walked me through all that he had done, and tips for 'next time' to save some money/effort. I am 100% satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and whole-heartedly recommend him.

It was a pleasure dealing with Valentin. He was very organized and explained the process as he went along. We had plumbing done going from 2 sinks to one, had new valves and faucet installed. We would definetly call him again for our plumbing needs!

This is the second time I’ve worked with Valentin. He was once again professional, courteous and had excellent communication. He was able to come quickly a repair a complicated leaky faucet that involved replacing pipes. He is quite competent and trustworthy. I will continue to use his services and recommend him to others.

Well, it all started an entire year ago when the sewage started to back up in our basement. We had tried all different solutions but nothing would work. Others had tried to convince us that this was related to the cold winter weather. But come summer, the problem was still there. And the sewage smell was horrible on some days. Enough was enough! That's when I found Valentin at Strong Plumbing Inc. I needed someone who was knowledge and had the experience. I didn't want a "quick fix". I needed to understand the root of the problem and a long term solution so the problem wouldn't come back. And Valentin delivered. Valentin was very knowledge and talked us through the problem and explained everything clearly. He was able to explain a few potential causes for this issue, then backed it up doing a camera inspection of the pipes. When he saw there was some blockage further down the pipes, he continued to clear it and then reran the camera inspection. We were very pleased at how detailed his work was and how he made sure everything was in order. This gave us peace of mind and relief, knowing that the problem was resolved. At the end, he also gave some tips on how to avoid such issues in the future. No more smell of sewage in the house. What a relief!
