I have used Valentin and his team many times and they're always great! I live in a very old house downtown. The clay pipes running from my house to the main sewer were completely smashed. Valentin came quickly and did a massive repair which was much deeper and more difficult than expected. It took another day of repair, and he still stuck with the original quote and didn't charge anything extra. Whenever i call Valentin, i know that i am getting honest advice and a job done right! I recommend him to others.

Valentin was very professional and diligent while identifying and repairing the leak. He arrived on time, wore protective equipment and explained the job throughout. He is very knowledgeable and worked quickly to replace the valve. I will certainly refer Valentin for any future work. 10/10 service!

I contacted Valentin to get an estimate for replacement of lead water service so that the city will replace their side of our water pipes. He was extremely responsive via text message and came out right away. His quote was the best and his knowledge was excellent. His assessment was consistent with other plumbers, but his prices were the best. Work was done with respect for our home.

My mom had a leak somewhere on the main floor of her home. This caused damage to the finished basement ceiling. Once we located the issue ,we needed a plumber right away as the main water source has to be shut down We called Strong Plumbing. Valentin and I discussed the matter and true to his word, he showed up promptly did the job with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. He double checked everything and left the place clean and in order. The price was very reasonable as well. I give Valentin top marks , with no hesitation whatsoever. Strong Plumbing Inc. removed the original plugged drain trap that caused a sewage back-up problem and installed the City of Toronto’s recommended piping. A backwater valve was installed as well. Service and workmanship were excellent. The work was done in a timely manner. Val was extremely helpful, always available to discuss the work process and answer any questions.

Denys came to the house quickly for my sewer back-up emergency and was very helpful with explaining what he was doing and why. He did an overall great job and did the work quickly. Thank you Denys and Strong Plumbing!

I texted Valentin at Stronf Plumbling with a backed up sewer drain issue. Valentin promptly returned my text and was told he could get someone out next day. Denys and his associate technician called next morning and offered to come even sooner that morning than was scheduled. Upon arrival Denys assessed the problem with a camera scope and immediately cleared the clog. All drain pipes in the house, which there were six, were thoroughly inspected. He also determined the cause of the problem which may need future work. On the invoice they stated the cost of such future work should it be needed. All the work was done very professionally and explained the work being done so I was fully informed of the situation. I would highly recommend their services and again thank Valentin, Denys and his associate for all their efforts.

I've relied on Valentin over the past several years to help me with a number of plumbing issues. On his latest visit he replaced a shower cartridge in my shower that was not working correctly. It was a challenge to remove the old one but he managed to do it in the end and installed the new one perfectly. Valentin is always very responsive, friendly and professional. He often comes the same day or early the next morning to resolve the issue and he has always been able to find a solution. I also appreciate all the advice he's given me over the years on things that I can fix on my own to save money. I know I can rely on Valentin to give me an honest answer and I will definitely rely on him in the future. Thank you

This was my second time using Val, this time was to come replace 2 cartridges and 2 fill valves. He came the next day and it was a good thing because while he removed one of the cartridges it was so old it broke in the pipe. He did an excellent job and fixed everything quickly. This is why it's always good to have a professional they can address any issue that arises. You can't go wrong with Val, it's hard to find honest people. You will never call another plumber after using him.
