I called Valentin to fix 2 leaky drains and install a kitchen faucet and water filter tap. He gave us a quote in advance, showed up on time, explained what he was doing, did a great job and tidied up afterwards. And he was able to do the job for a bit less than his quote which was great. He’s very friendly and wore a mask at all times when he was in our house. The work was very well done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will call him again in the future.

I’ve purchased faucets for bathroom sink and kitchen sink, but had no idea how to install them. Valentin responded promptly via text message and was able to quote the price with pictures that I’ve sent to him. Valentin is detail oriented, efficient and caring. The job was completed seamlessly within an hour. I’m very happy that I’ve found the best plumber in the city.

Valentin was super friendly, very respectful of physical distancing, and did a fantastic job especially given the conditions of where the pipes were located. He went beyond what I was expecting to ensure the pipes in the kitchen stack were in good working order and tightened them too. Well worth the money and highly recommended.

Valentin and his crew were first rate in every aspect of service. He came quickly to assess the blockage and determined that the sewer pipes were blocked with roots. On the day of the repair his crew worked so hard - over 12 hours to excavate and lay down new pipes. The crew left everything spotless. In every way , valentin and his crew were professional, and dedicated to providing the best service. Valentin even did a repair for the toilet that was very generous. I would DEFINITELY reccomend Valentin for any plumbing job large or small - he's the plumber we've gone to over the years - and we are ALWAYS so happy with the quality of his work and service.

I would absolutely recommend using this company. I was able to set up an appointment by text. The plumber was on time, friendly, and polite. The replacement was done in an hour and the new faucet works great!

I have been using Valentin for many years. I texted him on Sunday regarding a problem with the flush on the toilet. He got back to me immediately and fixed the problem on the Monday. He’s fast ,efficient , friendly,explains the problem and it was fixed within half an hour. He arrived within the specified time, texted to say he was on his way.
