When my tenant had a plumbing emergency at 10:00 am this morning, I called Valentin who rushed over by 11:30. He had all the replacement parts with him in his van and had the job completed before 1:00. Along the way he was sending photographs to brief me on the work, what was broken, what new parts were needed. I had the play-by-play virtually from across the city. Later he emailed an invoice which I just paid, from home, by e-transfer. Case solved, and closed, in less than 10 hours! We're talking PRO, here. This guy is the REAL DEAL.

Valentin has done work for us in the past. We had a burst pipe and he very promptly responded and came and fixed it. Very professional.

This is the second time I have used this company. Both times, Valentin came the next day. He had the part needed and I am very satisfied.

We have been lucky to have Valentin as our plumber for the past 9+ years. He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped us solve a wide variety of plumbing issues. So, when our sump pump suddenly stopped working during this pandemic, we knew who to call. Valentin was able to quickly source an upgraded sump pump for us. Professional as ever, he came over equipped with a mask and did the repair while maintaining appropriate physically distancing. He advised us on a rebate program that we qualified for and all the documentation for the installed equipment was given to us in a tidy package at the end. Glad to see that nothing has changed in all these years: his work remains meticulous and he is always a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Valentin!

Dishwasher and Kitchen sink stopped working. They were able to figure out what the cause was (faulty valves which had broken and jammed my fixtures.) They were able to fix the sink faucet by replacing it and the valves, but couldn’t help with the dishwasher. I have to call an appliance repair company to come and fix the dishwasher issue. Overall happy with the service, fast and professional!

Very positive experience in dealing with Valentin at Strong Plumbing Inc. Sent a request for a quote and received a response within minutes. After sending a few photos, received a quote with straightforward language. Valentin indicated he could be available the next day subject to my schedule. All communication was great (via text). Arrived as promised and installed the faucet and shut-off valves without incident. Valentin was very friendly and professional throughout and offered recommendations when he noticed something that didn't look right. Was finished in less than an hour. More impressive was that it took less than 24 hours from reaching out to having the job completed. All in all, a good experience and would recommend.

Texted in the evening and by 9:30am the next day had Valentin over taking a look at the toilet. He explained what he was doing each step of the way and what he found and why it was a problem. Price was very reasonable and he was very efficient. Would use him again next time we have a problem (hopefully not anytime soon).

Very happy with Valentin's work. Arrived as scheduled, had everything ready, and completed the faucet replacement in a heartbeat. He even guided me on how to choose a replacement prior to any work being commissioned. Very professional and very pleasant to deal with.
