Backflow valve, replacement of drains in the home
Most recently we had water backup in our basement on a weekend. Very timely response from Strong Plumbing and clear assessment and planning for issues that arose. I have been happy with the quality of work and professionalism whenever plumbing issues have arisen.

Basement drain clogged
Valentin was very helpful and transparent about the work and solution to Identify and deal with the clog in our basement drain pipes. He showed up at our door as promised and fixed the issue with accurate estimations. A job done perfect.

Kitchen sink, faucet, trap installation
Installed a new sink, faucet and trap piping. Fast, good work, very easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

Leak repair and faucet installation
I had an urgent need to fix a leak and get some faucets replaced. They were quick to reply to my call and gave me a good estimate of what the cost would be. They showed up on time and were professional and friendly. He provided me with some additional advice on some other plumbing issues at no cost. I would definitely use them again.

Repair of burst water pipe in the garage
Valentin came the very next day and did a wonderful job. I'm extremely pleased with his work and have already given his contact info to another friend of mine looking for a plumber.

Kitchen faucet replacement
Very thankful to Valentin for his prompt responses, helpful and much needed advice and efficient work on replacing the kitchen faucet and toilet tank flappers. Work was completed in less than an hour with no tidying up necessary afterwards which was a nice bonus. Looks like I've found my go to plumber in Toronto!

Replace water supply valves for toilets
Valentin was prompt, thorough, did an excellent job replacing the water supply valves on all four of our toilets and even gave us great advice on the manufacturer & appropriate parts to buy when replacing the toilet flappers.

Shower repair
Valentin has become our go-to plumber with his responsiveness, fair pricing, and ability to service emergencies in a pinch. Our basement shower started leaking while we had house guests, so we needed to get it fixed quickly. Valentin diagnosed the issue via photos and came the next day with the necessary parts. On top of that he corrected an error in installation by the previous homeowners, which makes the shower function properly again.

Garage Valve replacement (shut off + end)
Excellent; was easy to communicate with over text and he was over in about a day for a non-emergency issue. Fixed it up super quick too. Highly recommended
