I had a leaky pipe above my hot water tank. I really liked Strong Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again. What made them spectacular was: 1. Punctuality. Val showed up when he said he would. 2. Willingness to educate the customer on the situation at hand and things to watch out for. 3. Reasonable pricing. 4. It is easy to see Val cares greatly and is passionate about the quality of his work. It was so wonderful to have someone who could come promptly, be so reliable, and deliver exactly as promised.

Very friendly and trustworthy. Also professional work done. Would not go anywhere else for plumbing needs.

Val came over within 2 hours of my posting on Homestars. He first texted me with a suggestion on how to reduce the magnitude of the problem. when he was here, he worked quickly and neatly and educated me on how to avoid the problem in the future. Val is now my "go to" plumber and i recommend him without reservation.

Due to the record low temperatures on the weekend my basement bathroom pipes were frozen and then burst in the dead of the night on Monday. I first texted Val and then called first thing Tuesday morning and he promptly answered the call. He was able to come Tues afternoon and fixed my pipes. He was prompt, came within the time he said and kept in touch every step of the way by text and cleaned up after the work was done. He literally saved the day. Thanks so much for your efficient work.

Valentin showed up at the time he said he would. He was very professional and friendly. Did a great job of explaining the situation and providing solutions.

Val is a total pro - and a pleasure to deal with. He promptly responded via text and quickly arranged a visit to deal with a number of clogged drains (kids!). Of special note, he asked for initial photographs of the drains/sinks in question so he could do basic triage even before he arrived. He arrived exactly when he said he would (actually, a bit early which was great) and was immaculate and friendly. He followed up with a text outlining the issues (luggage keys down drain? how?) and thanking us for the work. I would ABSOLUTELY call him again and refer him to anyone who needs professional, pleasant service with a plumbing matter.

Valentin shows up on time, does what he says he will, does it correctly and quickly and at a reasonable price. Great guy.
