It has been more than 2 yes since Robert and his team replaced our floors.and I am still more than satisfied with the quality professionalism with which the work was done! Great attitude customer service and advice too by Patricia and Robert. ! Wish all workmanship was as amazing as yours has been. Keep it up!

I decided to go with Floorwood Solutions because unlike the others, it's just two blokes. It meant I knew exactly who was going to do the work. The problem with some of the other companies is that I had no idea who'd they'd contract it out to. When Robert came over to give us an estimate I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Of the different reps that came to give us an estimate he was the only one who noticed that the floor in one of the bedrooms wasn't level. No extra cost even though it meant half a day's work. I liked the personal element and it paid off because Robert and Karek were responsive, excellent at what they did, professional and bang on time. Pricewise - they were competitive and kept to the original quote. I am really pleased with the floors. And boy are they a dream to keep dust free. Thank you guys.

This review is long overdue. We chose Floorwood for our hardwood installation based on the excellent reviews we saw on Homestars. Robert, Darek and Patricia were wonderful to work with. We had Vintage Mocha Estate hardwood installed in three areas (total area 540 Sq ft) of our home. Existing carpet, strip hardwood, vinyl tiles and baseboards were removed. The baseboards were replaced with 5” colonial baseboards and doorstop mouldings. The floors and baseboards look fantastic. We also had three oak stairways re-finished to match the new hardwood. This is not something that they usually do. All steps had to be hand scraped to ensure that the new finish would look good. One set of steps was badly damaged and had to be repaired with new risers installed. A new oak railing with oak newel post and black pickets was also installed. This work was very time consuming, however Robert and Darek made sure that everything was done correctly and completely. They are very conscientious and set very high standards for themselves. They even replaced a section of old baseboards in our living room to match up with the new baseboard in the adjoining hallway. We would use Floorwood again and recommend Robert, Darek and Patricia withou hesitation.

This review was way overdue, but I want to take the time to say that we did not forget the excellent work and customer service that Floorwood Solution provided. The entire team is amazing. They are polite,courteous, and competent professionals who take prides in their workmanship. Their incredible product knowledge is commendable. No surprises, finished the job in time as promised. They have truly excelled above and beyond all of our expectations. The floors look stunning & we couldn't be happier. Again, Thank you Patricia, Robert, and Derek for a job well done and we will continue to recommend your company with great confidence in a heartbeat!.

We had a good experience with Floorwood. Communication with Patricia was always very prompt - and she was very helpful in our decision with the hardwood selection - colour and plank size. We decide to go ahead with the installation based on the positive reviews on Homestars. Rob and Darek did a wonderful job with the hardwood installation for our upper foyer and office (approximately 360 sq ft). They had to work around some uneven subfloors and also some poorly installed nosings by the builder. In the end the floors look great. We did notice a couple issues the day after the installation (some tiny nail holes) and a couple spots where the carpet was lifting up at the bedroom entrances...I contacted Patricia and Darek was out the next day to resolve them. Great customer service! Overall a great experience - we would use them again.

I had to fix an area in my home where there was missing flooring. Based on the reviews I called Floorwood Solutions and was very impressed with the service and speed. Now my home is back to normal and I am very grateful. Excellent company to hire!

We have had the opportunity to work with such a solid team. Floorwood Solutions has exhibited great teamwork, professionalism and a high degree of expertise in hardwood installations. Patricia, Robert and Derek did impress us at all levels. Both Robert and Patricia were very patient and accommodating in describing the details on the type of material options available, how the installation would take place and addressed all our questions along the way. Robert and Derek did a fantastic job with the hardware installation. Their attention to details, workmanship, work ethic and respect to the household impressed us greatly. I learned about Floorwood Solutions a year ago from a forum i frequent and was impressed about how Patricia responds to everyone's queries. I sent her an email an she replied promptly. After a few exchanges, i decided to wait for another year because I didn't want to settle for anything less. I am glad we waited and had our hardwood installation done this year from Floorwood by Robert and Derek. The results are very impressive. We did not have to worry about anything as they took care of everything and all the work was done professionally. They are very organized and work efficiently. Patricia responds to emails and provides insights and clarification whenever I have any questions. We certainly look forward to have the stairs and rest of the house done by them too. Extremely pleased with the job from the start to the finish, getting the estimate, picking out the wood colours and final installation. Installers were extremely polite and expreienced, it was truly a pleasure working with with this company. Will be recommending them to friends and family.

I'm probably not the typical Floorwood customer, since I installed the hardwood myself - but my experience was great. Based on positive reviews and Floorwood's own recommendation I had decided I would go with Vintage brand flooring. I shopped around the usual stores, but Floorwood easily beat any price I could find for supply and delivery. Patricia and Robert were both fantastic to deal with, and super nice. I'd be happy to deal with them again in the future. Extra credit does got to Patricia, who put up with nearly 100 emails in the 1-year it took me to decide and purchase the wood. Yes, you read that right - 1 year of emails. There isn't a flooring store in the world who would have put up with me. In the end the floors look great, and I'd certainly recommend Floorwood to others.
