Alex from Winford windows did and excellent job from the initial contact and throughout the process. Constant updates, and follow-ups was very key. Installers did a decent enough job with removing existing units, whilst placing covers and cleanup after. Winford Window Inc. is a very good company to replace our 35 years old windows into a modern KV windows completed with exterior vinyl brick mould. The whole team not only provides good workmanship but also makes sure the customer gets the most satisfactory result ! work done in June 2024-excellent showroom to check product. Excellent installation for 3 casement windows + double hung window, thorough, explained questions if wood was in good condition; During rain delays, installers patient, very professional; clean up areas well.
