    Rebuilt our natural stone front porch and planters

    During our initial meeting with Mark, we were very impressed with his knowledge and helpful suggestions for our project as well as the examples of his work. Within a few days, he provided a detailed quote for the project, and worked to schedule it in a short timeframe. The job started and finished on time. While the work was being done, the site was tidied up every night. Most importantly, the workmanship was excellent. The porch and planters were rebuilt with precision and are solid. They have updated the look of our house, and we are extemely pleased.

    Landscaping of entire yard after major home renovation

    It is rare occasion for me to go out of my way to write, let alone ask a service person how best I can tell others about their company after having services rendered. My experience with Mark and Blue Circle Contracting would be one of those times. We hired them to complete a full landscaping of our home after our reno. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive, and I felt confidence in that as I have experienced like most that you get what you pay for. To put it simply, my experience and the quality of the job was excellent. They were on time, on budget and very pleasant to deal with. Mark was by everyday to review the work done and to answer questions and discuss changes if required. Our landscaping estimated to last 7 days - they did it in 7 with 2 days of rain. To this day, we still receive compliments from people who stop by to ask who did our work, and I still happily offer myself as a reference to Mark. The Nykoliations

    walkway and retaining wall restore

    Good work is a given but working around the clients schedule and delivering exactly what and when you promise (and then some)is what makes a company one that I would highly recommend. They came to quote right away and began and completed the work right on schedule. The work itself was superb and we know the job was done right. They spotted other issues on the side of our house and gave us options on how to deal with them based on our budget and need. I would highly recommend them. The price was fair and as important we know the work is going to outlast us in this house.

    Waterproofing foundation

    Blue Circle redid an incomplete job of waterproofing part of my foundation and made it right. I was very happy with their professionalism and the quality of the work. The site was cleaned up thoroughly after. I would happily recommend them. June K. Willowdale

    Complete Restoration

    This review is based on an ongoing sub trade relationship that I have with Blue Circle Contracting for many years. As a sub trade we on occasion see the good and the bad of the benefits of hiring a sub contractor to oversee home renovations. For close to ten years I have had the privilege of working for Blue Circle Contracting on various projects through the city. I am all ways impressed with the quality of management, preparedness, professionalism and quality workmanship that Blue Circle has to offer. Mark's enthusiasm, knowledge and honesty is rare in today's industry. I would highly recommend Blue Circle Contracting to any home owner looking for a trustworthy, honest and professional contractor.

    Natural Stone

    I have been referring my clients to Blue Circle for Natural stone for over ten years. Mark and his crew do an exceptional job, hands down some of the best Natural stone work in the city. Every one who dealt with them where very happy whith the price, service and workmanship. I will continue to reffer Blue circle for many more years.

    interlocking stone patios and steps, wood structures

    Blue Circle took the pain out of a challenging task. Their work crews are a pleasure to be around. They start and finish on time. Mark uses his experience to guide the client through the choices their design involves. He gives good advice and he hires good people. His carpenter built a gorgeous cedar structure that brought this vertical element into play; we can view the wood from inside and enjoy it all year round. Our stone patios transformed the space beside and behind our house. The steps and retaining walls tie the levels together. We did not hesitate to call Mark last week about foundation work for the other side of our house.

    Front Porch and walkway

    Mark Somani of Blue Circle Contracting had spoken to us about a new porch/walkway several times over the last couple of years. Throughout that time, Mark was patient and professional, offering suggestions and answering questions about designs that we felt might work. Once we decided to move forward, Mark and his crew were great. They were on time and on budget with no surprises. Even after all our planning, we changed our design on the fly and Mark was able to accommodate us without any issues. We would recommend Mark and his company without hesitation. Unfortunately, like many people, we have had some bad experiences with contractors. Blue Circle was a real pleasure to work with. I wish we had used them sooner! Mark and his crew are professional, punctual, precise, and polite! They give 110% and do the job right

    Cement stairs, foundation waterproofing

    Blue Circle's work is high quality. The estimate is detailed, the job comes in on budget, it finishes on time, the site is clean and tidy when they are done. It is a friendly, professional company to work with.

    Outside Retaining wall

    Mark Somani, owner operator, hires excellent contractors and his prices are reasonable. I have used Mark for two projects and even when we had a disagreement about a particular contractor, Mark listened and we eventually sorted it out respectfully. I would recommend Blue Circle Contracting. Mark stands behind his work!!
