Bob from Jerry's gave me the best quote and service. He went beyond to deliver a hi quality job in his 4 projects he did for me. I highly rec commend this company.

Needed a new rood asap as ours was leaking badly when we moved in. Jerry's roofing and renovations were exceptional. Dealt with a man named Bobby, he took the time to show me what was needed, gave me options, all at the lowest price (had numerous quotes). The work was done well and swiftly. Would recommend them any day.

The worst home improvement experience I have had in over 30 years. Poor workmanship, lack of supervision of crew and indifferent response by company owner regarding the many problems with the work and the subsequent damage to my property. Leaving me to pay another company to fix the problems. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

Late in October noticed a small leak of water obviously coming from the roof. Was familiar with Jerry's Roofing work from neighbours, friends and family who had used them - also used them in 2008 when last company to replace roof put flashing on upside down resulting in leak running down wall. Bob showed up the next day and quickly identified the problem (shingles breaking down in one spot to point where plywood was visible). We were qiven a very reasonable quote with potential additional costs explained (wouldn't know exact cost until shingles off). Came the next day and did a temporary fix. Called day before they were able to come to arrange to do job. Arrived just before 7:00 am to set up to begin work exactly at 7:00 am. Took them 1 day to do entire job. Clean up was excellent. Explanation as to what to watch for until shingles settled. If any came loose before due to high winds to call and they would resolve the problem ASAP. Very professional in their work.

We hired JRR Jerry's Roofing and Renovation Ltd. to install a new roof this fall. Two neighbors highly recommended JRR because they had a great experience when they used them in the last few years. We found JRR's work excellent, fast and thorough. They even did some "extras" to improve the look and functionality of the roof and eves that was not in the contract. Clean-up was excellent and they took extra care protecting the many gardens around the house. We would highly recommend them for the price and quality of work.

In 2008 we hired Jerry's Roofing to replace our aging roof. We picked this company despite having lower quotes from other roofing companies because Bob seemed competent and knowledgeable. With 30 year IKO shingles and 10 year labour warranty we felt the cost was justified. After 4 years our new roof started losing shingles on windy days. At first Bob was quick with repairs but as problems kept recurring he stopped answering his phone and when finally reached he didn't show up when promised. With each incident it became harder to get action and sometimes months would pass before he would show up. This year, the shingles blew off again, in the same place Bob fixed several times. We didn't try to reach Jerry's roofing despite the warranty still being in force. We had to pay to have the roof repaired but at least the work was done. This is just a stop gap measure though as the rest of the roof is in bad shape and will need to be re-done. Sad to have to pay for 2 new roofs in 7 years but that is the result of us having hired Jerry's Roofing to do the job.

Bob and his team were very friendly, efficient, clean and did a fantastic job replacing the entire flat roof, tiled roof and balcony.They made extra sure that the holes through which the squirrels had gained access were well sealed so we would not have that or any other creature invasion again. I would higly recommend them.

JRR has excellent workmanship. Fast, reliable, professional and cleaned the location. I would recommend them to anyone needing their roof replaced. Proffesional work and excellent customer service from the owner Bob.

I got 5 quotes for this job. I selected Jerry's roofing because Bob (owner) was able to describe exactly how the install was going to be done and the materials. This included detail right down to how the metal would be bent to fit different areas. I felt that his approach was best, and his warranty matched what others were offering. His price was also among the lowest. Bob and his crew showed up when they promised, and the job was done well.
