I contacted Canadian Rooter after noticing a stain on my ceiling and water damage. A gentleman named Terry came by and diagnosed the problem. It was a leaky toilet. He fixed the problem in a timely manner. I will definitely use this company again. Thanks.

After I put in the service request, Terry showed up almost immediately. He found the problem with minimal effort (and minimal exploratory holes!!). It was not long after that his team came to fix the problem. They cut out a 2 foot piece of old cast iron drain stack and replaced it. I was shocked at how tidy, kind and professional they were. They put down drop cloth over the entire working area and left the place incredibly tidy. It felt like having a family member come and work on the place. Overall it was about $900. I would definitely recommend them in future! 10/10 for sure.

I can't say enough good things about Nazar and his crew. We hired Canadian Rooter for the first step in finishing our basement. This was a big complicated job for a 100 year old house where the basement hadn't been touched in 100 years. Just as the job started we had a family emergency that kept us extremely stressed, busy, and away from home for days at a time. Nazar said "leave it to me" and took care of everything. His crew, including Andrew, are extremely knowledgeable, hard working (I mean really hard working!), and completely trustworthy good guys. They did an outstanding job, handling all of the inevitable complications (city drain that needed clearing, permit issues, last minute change in design from the engineer) - keeping me posted but not asking for anything from me. There are probably other companies that can do this work, but I doubt you'll find one run by someone with the honesty, standards, and integrity that Nazar has.

I was having problems with poor water flow in my house so I gave Canadian Rooter a call. At their recommendation, we replaced the main water line into the house and now the water flow is much better. We also installed a sewer backflow prevention valve since there's a rebate offered by the City of Toronto. I'm very happy with how everything turned out. Naz clearly explained the whole process and responded quickly to all my questions, and Yuri and the team did a great job with the install and cleanup. I would definitely recommend Canadian Rooter.

Sewage was blocked and welling up in our basement area. Though a trusted referral I was put in touch with Naz. He arrived perfectly on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He brought his team on site, cleared the blockage and clearly explained the alternative longer term solutions going forward. Marvellous service.

After receiving a few quotes, I decided to go with this company as I felt that they were the most honest and thorough in diagnosing my problem. I had a second sewer backup and a different company a few years prior attempted to fix this issue. Terry and his crew did amazing job! They provided the best price and were the most professional plumbing crew I have ever dealt with. They were punctual, honest, and hard working. The job was done in a couple of days and involved a fairly large crew. Terry and Canadian Rooter are my plumbing company for life! If you are looking for honest, reliable, and reasonably priced plumber, this is the company to go with.

I've been using Canadian Rooter for years. Naz is great. Always reliable and responsive. He's even helped me solve a few problems on my own. Who does that? He's a gem and his team is amazing. I've used them for leaks, clogs, pipe replacements, detection, hot water heater - in two different homes. Most recently we had a kitchen sink clog. (High traffic kitchen.) Andrew came the next morning. I thought it was an easy fix. Andrew found the actual clog was in the basement, showed me the nasty pipes jammed up with years of stuff and replaced it immediately, solving the problem right there and then. And cleaned up like he was never there. Call them once, you'll call them forever. But let's hope you don't have to call that often... Do not hesitate.

We were so happy with the service from Canadian Rooter. We got a fast quote, great service, honest communication and the work happened quickly. We were also very happy to see the care the team took with the front garden bed - at the end of the day it looked just like it did before it was dug out.

Just prior to starting a basement renovation, I noticed a damp spot and some calcification on the concrete floor. I was referred to Naz, who I reached out to and he was very responsive and came to see my home quickly. He and his team discovered that the waterproofing system at my home wasnt connected to anything so the water had no place to exit my home. He quickly arranged for his crew to come out and install a sump pump and direct the waterproofing system to it. I havent noticed any damp spots since then and the basement feels much safer. Naz was very reliable and a pleasure to deal with. He even helped my make the claim with the city for the portion that would be covered by the City of Toronto subsidy. Thanks Canadian Rooter!

We used Canadian Rooter to replace our collapsed and root ridden clay pipe. They were on time fast and we had almost no disruption to service. Naz and his team were courteous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
