Steve was very professional and timely - he came by to help with a home inspection and to check heat loss. Steve was very helpful and took a good amount of time out explaining how things work, why they are built and gave suggestions of ways to improve the house...very knowledgeable and pleasant to be around...highly recommend Steve and AA Elite

Steve was exceptional in completing a home inspection on our older Toronto property. He is professional, insightful, and personable. Throughout the inspection, Steve encouraged us to follow him around the home explaining the use of his equipment and terminology. Steve identified potential problems areas where mold may be growing, as well as minor issues around the home for us to maintain. The next day, Steve contacted me via telephone to provide me with different options to fixing a gutter problem and clarify any questions I had about the report, which I received less than twenty-four hours after the inspection. The report is formatted in a user-friendly PDF that delineates the areas covered along with the photographs and thermal images Steve took. I highly recommend Steve's services!

We were first time buyer in GTA. We didn't have good idea about houses and found Steve from the excellent reviews his customers had left. We are so happy we did that! He was on-time, nice and friendly. He walked us through the procedure as he did inspection and was very willing to explain everything even more than once! His report was quick, to the point and very comprehensive. We needed a brief report on some more major issues the same day for the seller, and he also provided that! He did a great job. I totally recommend him, and for sure will get back to him for future businesses!

My wife and I were getting ready to purchase our first home. After calling around to several home inspectors, my wife got a great vibe from Steve noting that he took the time to explain the entire inspection process and answer all of her questions. We were sold and decided to bring Steve in to perform the inspection and we were even more impressed. The inspection was incredibly thorough and even more importantly he explained each check to us as he performed it, including what he was looking for, if he found anything, how severe it was, etc. We were provided with a full 45+ page report within 48 hours outlining all the issues found, recommendations and severity. The report gave us time to sit down and digest all the information at our pace in addition to learning it on the spot with Steve at the time of the inspection. The entire experience was great and we would fully recommend Steve and AA Elite to others looking for a home inspector.
