Even though we were a bit early, Steve was already there before us and getting to work (awesome!). He was very through and systematic in his home inspection, and pointed out many things that were good to know for us as first-time home buyers. Although the cost was a bit higher than other home inspection companies, I do feel I got my money's worth here. I got the report the same evening and it was full of links to useful information as well.

I was first introduced to AA Elite Home Inspection when they were hired to inspect the house we had up for sale and they found everything!!! I knew my husband and I had to use them when we were ready with our own purchase. Steve was great in that he was punctual, thorough and very welcoming. I could ask him anything, he encouraged me to follow him as he did the inspection and I never felt like I was in the way-I also learned tons about the home we were about to buy. He genuinely enjoys his work and shares his enthusiasm openly which I've always felt produces high quality work. It has been a pleasure to work with AA Elite Home inspection and I would recommend them highly to others.

John was simply amazing. Some inspectors seem to be in a rush to 'get it done', John was very thorough and methodical. As he went I had questions and he took his time to explain everything to me and then provided an excellent summary report with very clear pictures, diagrams and recommendations. I highly recommend AA Elite Home Inspection and will happily use them again.

Steve was very thorough in his inspection and he even went the extra mile crawling into the attic to check something out for us! He was very accommodating and patiently answered all my questions. Steve was very knowledgeable about what to look for and where. Steve did an outstanding job checking the property we wanted and is definitely an asset to our team.

We used AA Elite in the past and were grateful to Steve for his expertise that helped us decide against purchasing a particular house. After placing an offer on another home we knew right away that our first step would be to call again to have him inspect it as well. We appreciate his expertise, flexibility, and professionalism and can proceed knowing we have the right information on hand. If we ever move again, we know who we’ll be calling!

Steve and John bent over backwards on this one. I called John on a Monday asking to be booked for Thursday. Thursday Steve shows up and the owners of the house refuse to let us in. Apparently the owners agent had botched the dates. So John and Steve graciously agreed to re-book it for the Saturday. Steve did a great job, lots of photos and thoroughly combed the property. They are pricey however you get what you pay for. He alleviated my concerns with the construction of the house, it's electrical and plumbing.

Steve made arrangements to inspect the house we were buying on short notice, and made a very thorough report of his investigation. I'm sure he noticed things your average detective from the local police force would miss. I very much appreciate the details in the report, and especially helpful were the suggestions for fixing or correcting the issue which he uncovered. Superjob.

I just purchased my first investment property. The first time I hired Steve he came and found issues with the property that were beyond my capabilities and ended up hiring steve again for house #2, which I purchased. Each time Steve was there a bit before me, did incredibly thorough work. He was picky down to the last detail, but was realistic about the challenges I would be faced with. The infra-red and moisture detector brought major piece of mind, the report was far more detailed that I had ever expected. After the inspection steve sat down with me and went over each picture and helped me understand each issue. The whole process was fairly painless, the service was impeccable. Im really lucky to have these guys on my team! Not to mention the how flexible they were with scheduling and timing. Fantastic experience, if you need detailed quality service then look no further. PS I dont know anyone from this company from anywhere other than this experience, I was just blown away by the service.

I have completely renovated my own 80+ yr old house and do renovations and small jobs for others, so I was questioning if I really needed to spend the money on a home inspection but my I decided it would be a good idea to have a second opinion - I am glad I did. John is verry knowledgable, professional and extremely thourough. He fit me in at the last minute as I called him the day before the home inspection condition ran out on my offer to purchase. He showed up on time and had all the proper equiptment including and Infrared Scanner to look behind the walls for problems and his report is most thourough, informative and helpful. It is done in ADOBE with the pictures he took as well as code references and diagrams with sugesstions on how to correct the issues. I highly reccomend John, he and his service are worth every penny. Steve came on time and did a very thorough job of inspecting the house we are looking to purchase. The prioritizing of issues and the depth and clarity of the report were excellent. This information will be very helpful to us in the near term and for later on as well. The infrared gun is a must have - we found a water leak we would not likely have noticed otherwise, and which the seller will now be dealing with. Highly recommended.
