As for the nature of how we run our business (which is a contracting business, as stated on our marketing material) yes, we do use vetted and insured subcontractors and mark up their work. This is a standard subcontracting model, and allows us to have numerous technicians who each have strengths in certain areas. Our final pricing on the project reflected the work done and materials purchased. We have learned as well, that in future we will be more specific with breakdown of jobs, and clarification as to pricing if jobs are removed or added. We value and appreciate the feedback.
