We called Rocco to design a basement apartment when we didn't know where to start. He was very professional and incorporated our feedback. He obtained a permit from the city quickly as promised. Would recommend!

Rocco is very talented. He consulted with us, made suggestions, created an excellent design for us and took the time to do all the revisions and additions we requested. This was our second time using Rocco to do a project on our home and will continue to utilize him should we have more home projects.

Rocco was able to accommodate me quickly into his schedule and within a few days after visiting the site was able to provide the floor plans. He submitted very detailed plans to the city and did his best to minimize the unnecessary changes the city wanted done. Within 2 weeks I was able to get my permit. Would highly recommend his services.

Rocco and team did 2 jobs for me. 1) Rocco and team created drawings, got structural engineering review done, and took out permits with the city for me. I couldn't be happier with his work and highly recommend him for any design project you may have. 2) Rocco did a complete house redesign with load bearing wall removal, significant beam work on 2 floors and a basement dig out. He also got all the permit work sorted out for this job. Rocco is the kind of guy you can do a handshake deal with and it really doesn't get any better then that!

Rocco and Morteza designed the interior alterations to my home which included the removal of load bearing walls and a new cathedral ceiling. Rocco came to the house, provided an amazing design and had the drawings submitted to the City a short time after. Because of his quick turnaround our Contractor was able to start work immediately and have our renovation ready for the holidays. I highly recommend these guys!
