Jafar Inanloo of Thornhill Well what could I tell you after reading all these positive reviews; it is only fair to add my 2cents to it all. We decided to add a little addition to our small 1700sq/ft, one and a half story home, which is about 60 years old in the Markham section of Thornhill. That little addition became a 2000sq/ft addition to give us around 3700sq/ft. With Rocco’s help we managed to bring it into reality. He was prompt on his promises. Got us the drawings within a week and then the final drawing and the next thing I knew, yes sir we are in the City for the permit. With all the City of Markham’s fussiness, Rocco made it so easy. All I can tell you that he will be my guy for the next project, which will be in near future. I highly recommend Rocco simply because he is great to deal with, he is very knowledgeable, he is realistic, and he won’t waste any time. Oh and his cost is very reasonable for all that he does.

We contracted Rocco to prepare our drawings for our home renovations and were very satisfied. He is professional, reliable, and a great person to work with; it's obvious he enjoys the work he does. Within less than one week of meeting Rocco, Rocco provided us the preliminary drawings for all changes within all three levels with detailed measurements. The layout of the drawings were impressively accurate. Within one week of sign off and submission, our permits were approved by the city... Impressive. Rocco has an eye for detail and can tell you within minutes if something can work or not. If you are looking for a true professional who is efficient and delivers good quality, he is the one to go to. Don't waste your time going elsewhere. My husband and I would have no issues recommending Rocco.

Rocco, was great to work with. He helped us design an old home to add the missing features of current new builds. He helped us add a larger garage,change our master bedroom to have a large master en-suite and walk-in closet and a mudroom. This made our new home that we bought not only have charm but function. The process was difficult because of city restrictions but Rocco made it much easier to deal with. He was wonderful to deal with and got the job done! Thank you. He provided technically flawless, creative and professional architectural and design services for an extremely complex and challenging project - a 700sf basement dig-out, 4' lowering and complete underpinning in our century home in The Junction. I was impressed enough with Rocco's work to ask him to provide his services for the next phase - constructing a high-end apartment in the remarkable space we created. This project was akin to building a whole new house under our existing home. Rocco's experience, skill and professionalism were key to making this challenging undertaking work, and to helping us navigate the complexities of the building permit process. We have an old house (120 years) with lots of character but also lots of improvements to be made... We had a need for plans for a renovation project that required permits from the city given structural adjustments. Rocco has been highly diligent in working with us (and surgically punctual for appointments!) to sort out what we could do within bi-laws, designed high quality plans and has carried the process through to us getting the permits. High quality professional, diligent and friendly personality. I strongly recommend!

We were looking for an engineer/architect who could draft up plans to remove structural walls in our basement. Rocco was very prompt in responding to all email inquiries. He also obtained the permits for us, one less thing for us to do. Really easy to do business with.
