We got shutters for our house from Mike. From the beginning Mike was great to work with - he arrived on time for our intiial appointment and promised us installation in TWO weeks. And true to his word, the product was installed in 2 weeks. Overall very impressed with his work and would recommend him to everyone!

I found Mike through Homestars and everything worked out fantastic. Mike quickly measured our home for 2.5" California Shutters, and his pricing was very competitive. The shutters were installed without any problems, and Mike went above and beyond working around my cleaning crew on the same day, getting the shutters installed with a smile. I contacted Mike and M3 Design Group after searching for a reputable company to install shutters for my house. After reading numerous positive reviews I knew this company was who I wanted to do business with. Mike went over to the house (new build) and measured everything and was prepared for our appointment. He explained his product and we were sold. The shutters were installed before we moved into the house as promised and everything looks great. Installation took a few hours to complete and we could not be happier with the results.

After reading these reviews I decided to get in contact with Mike for an in-house consultation. He was accommodating and even arrived early on a Saturday morning. The whole quote process took less than 30 minutes; he measured 9 windows and quoted me a great price with everything included. Shutters came much sooner than expected and installation was quick and efficient. Mike had everything completed in an hour on a Sunday night. During the installation I requested he double check a few shutters since they were closing a little tight. He was able to adjust them without any problems. I have no complaints, the shutters look top notch and Mike was great to work with. They really improved the atmosphere in and outside the house. I highly recommend M3 Design Group to anyone looking for wooden plantation shutters.

These shutters look great, worth the $$$! Delivered within the time frame specified. They are good quality and add so much to a home. The only suggestion I have for Mike is to use white hinges, so that they are not as conspicuous.

My wife called Mike for a consultation and he was at our door that evening. He was able to install shutters in the three windows on our ground floor and they look fantastic. We wanted a particularly simple design and he was able to accommodate that without a problem. I have debated for a while whether to have shutters instead of curtains and I am so glad I chose to move forward with them. I called Mike for a quote and he came to my house at my convenience. He promised me they would be ready in 2-3 weeks and they would blend in perfectly with my windows. Pretty much, 3 weeks to the day, they were ready.
