We were in need of a new bed and thought of Sweet Dreams right away as I have had friends who purchased their bed there and were very happy with the service. At first, my husband and I were very pleased with the service we received in store. The person who served us was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We ordered our bed and were told we would receive it within 3-4 weeks. It has now been over 6 weeks and we still do not have our bed. At the 4 week mark, my husband called the store trying to figure out when we could expect delivery. The phone was never answered. We did however, receive a call later in the evening telling us we would get our bed within a few days. We set up a Tuesday delivery and Tuesday came and went without our bed and without so much as a phone call. We again had to initiate the phone call to find out what went wrong. This back and forth carried on for another few weeks: "Your bed will be delivered on such and such day,"...no bed. We just called again today to confirm that our bed will be at the store today as it was guaranteed. We had decided that we would actually pick up our bed at the store instead of waiting for a delivery and were told that they were sending the truck to make a special pick up to ensure our bed would be ready for us today. However, during the phone call we were given the run-around again saying our delivery was scheduled between 3 and 5 today...which was not what was promised. We are headed to the store today at 5:00 hoping to pick up our bed as promised. If it is not there we will be taking the floor model. I will NEVER recommend this company again (prior to this I have sent approximately 5 of my friends and family members there who have made purchases) and I will never purchase any thing from them again.

Debbie and her team at Sweet Dreamzzz were very pleasant to work with. Debbie spent a number of hours helping us choose the best mattress for our needs as well as a beautiful headboard to compliment our room. She also was fantastic at helping me pick new bedding to go with the headboard as well as our paint colours. After receiving our first mattress (that we loved in the store) after sleeping on it for 40 days, we realized that it was not the mattress for us. We called Debbie and it was no questions asked, she helped us find another mattress that better our needs. Debbie was incredible professional, understanding and helpful and helped us choose a new mattress, headboard and bedding and also adhered to the strict budget we gave her! It was a one stop shopping experience and she was phanemonal! I highly recommend Debbie and the Sweet Dreamzzz team and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress, bed frame or headboard!

Debi at Goodnight and Sweet Dreamzzzz is very knowledgeable in the products she carries. My husband and I have been struggling with our current bed, waking up with lower back pain and body aches. After talking with Debi about what we'd been experiencing and our type of sleep patterns she showed us the beds that she thought would be best suited to our needs. We had narrowed it down to two beds but it really was a hands down decision when we tried the Estasi technogel bed. It was so comfortable yet supported you. It didn't put any undue discomfort on tender pressure points. And when Debi told us how the technogel helps with arthritis and pressure points of pain and doesn't overheat like some synthetic beds we were really sold. Since receiving our bed we have slept in comfort, no more lower back pains in the morning, no more tossing all night to try and get comfortable and with the use of the technogel pillows, which I thought I would never get use to, we have been thrilled with our purchase and really have been getting the best sleep we've had in years. I just wish we had found this great Technogel bed years ago. Thanks Debi for taking such great care of us. You never put any pressure on us for a sale and you were just amazing in your knowledge of your beds. And the pillows too, wow, amazing! Now we can go to bed and say Goodnight and Sweet Dreamzzzz!

Love the new mattress, sleeping great (except for the first night). Delivery was much later than scheduled (11pm), mattress was very cold and hard, but warmed up and awesome by the second night.

The sale price for our new mattress was awesome, and the service was excellent. All our questions were answered, and we were treated very well. Actually, I've already recommended Sweet Dreams in Newmarket to a colleague of mine!

We ordered custom stools by Amisco from Debi. Her expertise helped with cushion and metals colours. She allowed us to take home samples to make a perfect match. We really like the stools, they are perfect and the service at Good Night Sweet Dreams was exemption am!!!

From the moment we stepped in the store to the moment they left our house after delivery and putting our new bed together, it was A++ service. Our bed looks gorgeous, better then we imagined. Thanks to Debbie and the delivery crew! Merry Christmas.

After a quick call to see if they had what we were looking for in their showroom, we stopped by and were met by Debbie. She showed us lots of options and we were able to quickly decifer what we needed based on her expertise. Amazing fast friendly service. Good prices and excellent quality. Would go back again and recommend to anyone.

Great service and great product! I highly recommend the team at Sweet Dreams ZZZZ. We went in not knowing what mattress type we needed. They helped us find one that suited our needs and more!

My husband and I recently decided that we wanted to purchase a gel mattress on an adjustable frame. After checking our several local stores we happened upon Goodnight & Sweet Dreamzz on Yonge Street in Newmarket. Our salesperson Carolyn was so knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. She spent nearly 2 hours with us explaining all the options and comfort testing. It was truly a pleasure to deal with her.
