Terri and Carolyn were very thorough and professional. They educated us on the options and helped us choose the perfect mattress set. We purchased it with the 'no tax' event and got a great deal plus free delivery and additional freebies. We were told it may take a few weeks to get used to a new bed-as soon as it was delivered I fell asleep on it! So it has been wonderful. Delivered on time and as promised. We hope it stays firm for at least 10 yrs. It has only been 2 weeks, so we are hoping it lives up to the reviews. We highly recommend this company. Don't be lured by the nice product, which they do have. The service, and sincerity of the staff here is seriously lacking. We were served by Debi who sold us a 12" Pure Bliss mattress and two pillows of the same brand for $4500.00 which we paid for in April of 2014. Delivery was promised within three weeks, but we didn't see it for six. At no point did they ever call to explain a delay. Rather they responded with weak excuses when WE called to ask where our stuff was. The mattress came in early June, but no pillows (value $300.00), and no explanations. After several calls, nothing and never any contact. I finally walked into the store today, July 12, and Debi was full of phony smiles. I claimed two Pure Bliss pillows that they had IN STOCK, politely told her what I thought of the their service, and let her know they shouldn't hope for a recommendation. She showed no concern and offered only a throwaway, "sorry you feel that way". These people don't keep their word. I expect nothing but the worst should there be problems with the mattress in the future. Stay away.Answer from pro:
Peter, I apologize, again, for the delay in your delivery. It was difficult to give you an update on what became a very impossible situation. Very shortly after your delivery, LatexBLISS went into bankruptcy protection and actually pulled their business out of Canada. I refuse to bad mouth a supplier while they are having these type of difficulties. Again, my apologies for whatever stress this may have caused you. I am not sure how we could have changed anything since the delivery of this mattress to us was out of our control.

I agree with Anna & Rose - once your money is paid the service is non-existent. I bought a mattress from the owner, Debi, a couple of years ago, and was pleased with the service at that time. Unfortunately the mattress failed, and after an independent assessment, the manufacturer agreed to replace it. I decided at this time to upgrade to a different mattress and topper, and paid the difference of $2199. This was on January 29th. I was leaving for a couple of months, but explained that I could make arrangements for the mattress to be delivered. However,Debi decided to hold on to my money and wait until my return. I have now been waiting since April 2nd! There has been excuse after excuse, and many broken promises. I was told that the main problem was with the manufacturer, as they had no stock in the Toronto warehouse. Finally I contacted the manufacturers of the mattress, who informed me that the mattress had neither been ordered or paid for! Of course, Debi vehemently denies this - but after all these months, and all these excuses, I choose to go with the manufacturer's version of events. I am now promised delivery Wednesday night ... Bridget Hall's mattress was delivered on the Wednesday night as promised. She has received all products, including free pillows which were included, even though this was a warranty switch, NOT, a new purchase. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. In future, all warranty issues will be dealt with differently.

I echo with Anna with her review. Initially my husband and "I were very excited about our new bed. However, we waited a year for our bed to deliver and that is just ridiculous. We too felt the customer service went down the drain once we paid for our bed. We called many times for Debi but she's never there. We are STILL waiting for our headboard for the bed and since her last email in February we haven't heard from her since until I called her yesterday. She promised she would call/email us to let us know the status of the headboard today, but she failed her promise once again. I will give an update once we received our headboard, and hopefully that will be soon and not another year later.Answer from pro:
There were many extenuating circumstances with the supplier, unfortunately and we no longer deal with this line. Rose and her husband received a full refund for their headboard. We regret any inconvenience this caused.

Initially I was very impressed with the owners knowledge and service, however after waiting for 4 month for a pillow, I can no longer recommend them. They never called me to update me. I had to call and ask where on earth my pillow was and if they had forgotten about me. I found the customer service went down the drain at this point and I felt like once we had purchased the bed, we were not important any more. EDITED on June 4, 2014: Yes, I did indeed get the pillow hand- delivered to my home, which was impressive! Since then my calls have been answered promptly and I am much happier with the customer service. I have therefore changed my mind about this company and can now recommend Goodnight and Sweet Dreamzz!Answer from pro:
As soon as AnnaLena's pillow finally arrived, it was delivered to her personally, saving her a trip to the store. I have spoken several times with AnnaLena since then, dealing with a warranty issue which is supposed to be rectified this week. Thanks for your business, AnnaLena!

I originally found this store on the internet when I was looking to purchase a bed from a particular manufacturer. I was fortunate to come on a day when Debi, the owner, was there to assist me in person. She is a pleasure to deal with and gave me a very good price on the bed. I also needed two new mattresses, and I am so glad that I found this store. They have a very good selection, but more importantly, the atmosphere is helpful and low-pressure. I was able to come and try out different mattresses on different days - I cannot buy a mattress on a whim or under pressure - I need to try them on different occasions to make sure that what feels comfortable one day still feels comfortable two weeks later when I am in a different mood. Debi was great at providing helpful advice, and was also very kind and understanding about the comparison shopping process. In the end, I purchased my mattresses here because they had one that was perfect for me, the price was very competitive, and doing business with Debi was a delight. The delivery process was also pleasant - the delivery men arrived on time and were very respectful and careful in my home. I would definitely recommend this store.Answer from pro:

Debi and her staff were a real pleasure to work with during our selection process. No pressure but just real information. For what we purchased the quality and price can't be beat.
