Graham and Urban Piping did a complete Poly-B refit of our newly purchased condo before move-in this summer. We were impressed with Graham's timely communication, his willingness to accommodate an extremely tight-timeline, and superior level work. It was hard to know where the walls and ceilings had been opened up in our place!
We liked the fact that Urban took responsibility for every aspect of the job from start to finish, rather than us having to deal with different contractors for the dry-wall repairs. We also liked the fact that Graham guaranteed the price, rather than just giving us an estimate. A second quote from a competitor was less, but they were unwilling to guarantee the price. The competitor also could not guarantee a project finish date that worked with our schedule.
I really can't say enough about Graham's communication and his bending over backwards to schedule the work last minute between our possession and move-in dates. You rarely find this kind of customer service in the trades nowadays!
The only negatives were an 8 out of 10 rating on the final clean by the maid service due to inadvertently leaving a second-story window open overnight (no rain, so no foul) and missing a few items including not cleaning the main floor toilet after the workmen were through.
However, since we were impressed with every other aspect of the job, we still feel the job merits a 10/10. We would definitely recommend Urban to others and use them, again.
