This review is way overdue. I had hc electrical at my home at the start of summer to install potlights in my open plan kitchen, livingroom/dining room and was very pleased with the work. In total he installed 35 potlights, a ceiling fan and moved the washer &dryer outlet. Larry made some excellent suggestions in design and positioning of the potlights that worked well with the flow and layout of the space. Everything looks great and many of my friends compliment the work, that I why I just had to come on homestars and leave a review.

I needed an electrician that was gonna come in right away after the drop in temperatures of this past week. I called hc electrical and larry was working in the area which was great! He came around 8:30pm and found that the breaker was down and that the line giving power to the furnace was dead. He drove to get supplies and worked on my home until 11pm to run the line and get things going. The job was done right and fast! Thx guys

I got an email from HC electrical through the homestars site to write a review and I had no hesitations. I got a fair quote from the company and they were able todo the work the same week. It only took a few hours for them to install 12 potlights in the kitchen and livingroom, 2 wall scones in the upstairs hallway. There was no mess really…and the men did clean and leave the work areas clean. My expectations were met and I am happy with the new lighting.

I hired HC to replace the knob and tube wiring in my home. Larry was very thorough in his description of what the work would entail in every existing light fixture in every room of my house. He arrived on time with his helpful assistant Shana and together they worked consistently staying on schedule every step of the way. When the work was completed Larry even returned one day to disconnect another outlet outside of the home that we had completely overlooked. I was very impressed with Larry's precision, professionalism and generous spirit. I would recommend his services to anyone.

The work on our new home needed to be completed within a week. While several quoting electricians were iffy on the timeline/requirements and loose with their quotes, Larry thoroughly reviewed the requirements with a second site visit. He scheduled his team carefully and was able to complete the work with minimal disruption in a day-and-a-half, minimal plaster damage, working well around the other trades, and coming in at the expected price -- which, thanks to his careful investigation, was a third of the other electricans' estimates. As the other trades on the site commented, "You've got yourself an excellent electrician there!"

I had Larry come over for some troubleshooting. Once he was done, his office emailed me my invoice within minutes. His efficient and professional. Everything was straightforward and that’s what I liked about working with HC electrical.

I had Muran from HC electrical come in to install the potlights and scones in my home. I am pleased with the work. I had concerns about any sort of damage to my walls etc and there was absolutely none. I received a quote over the phone, received a confirmation email the same day and the next day Muran was at my house ready to do the work. He was very easy to work with and I will recommend this company to anyone.

Larry came in and installed some new outlets in my garage along with a 220 outlet so I can use a welder for home projects. He also ran a new outlet in my hallway along with a new ceiling light. Everything came out neat and on budget, including running all new lines from the panel in the basement. Larry will be my first call when I need any electrical dine again.
