    Fence Install

    Dealing with Alon Z. and Can Do Fence was a great experience from start to finish. Alon did a great job informing my neighbors of the process, providing quotes, and ensuring construction was on time. The construction team was very professional and completed the job on time and over two days. The finish product looks great.

    New Fence

    Excellent service, top notch quality. Very impressed with both Alon and Samer. They organized the meeting and within the time frame given showed up and installed the fence. I received 3 quotes and went with this company due to the volume they do and discount, above all the service. Great job guys and please thank your entire staff as well.

    Pleasure to deal with

    Great quality and pleasure to deal with. The process was pretty straightforward, everything went smooth and fence was done quick. It took greayvdeal of coordination as I share fence with 6 neighbours but it was all taken care of by Cando. I dealt with Samer who was very professional and friendly. I will use these folks for my next fence without a doubt.

    Fence installation

    The price is fair and the work on the fence was completed in a satisfactory manner. However, my one complaint is that Cando moved my shed during the installation and did not move it back to the proper spot before they left.

I am glad you are satisfied with the work completed and wanted to let you know, if shed was moved from original location it was likely done so to ensure we could complete project / installation correctly and this may have been in the way... Keep in mind at times sheds that are moved slightly left in new location so that no future issues as municipalities generally require 1 1/2ft to 2ft set back for sheds off fence line... Having said that if that was the case you should have been informed and I regret this was not the case... Of course if you could kindly reach out to us and we would be glad to adjust this for you!     Fence Installation

    Fence installation went great!! Samer is very patient and worked hard for me to be happy with my fence! Would definitely recommend Can-Do, Samer and his crew!! Great Service & Professional!!

    To finish the fence in back yard

    They did A very good job on my fence and also bought and lnstalled my shed it was very big job for me because I am disabled Mr Alon is a very kind man he always gives you the best after work service I recommend every body who needs job on fence and other things please give them a call you will be happy you did I wish Alon and the whole team of can do fences all the best in future Good Luck Jaspal canth

    Fence install

    Alon, Samer, Elliott and crew was fast and the fence was installed on time and the built quality is awesome. The entire process was painless. Our neighbour was scared that the fence was not going to be at the property line. However, Elliott had addressed his concerns (we also had a very good survey to show the clear property line, which the neighbour did not). Friends and family likes the new fence. Will recommend for sure.!!

    Standard fence quality but be prepared for the unknown

    Satisfied (2.5/5) - mainly because I could have done the same job cheaper if I was just doing my fence without neighbours. Also not happy with post setting & depth. Likely to Recommend (3/5) - if you know all the things I know going in, then go ahead and try them. They do mostly good work if you don't think you can build fence yourself and you don't mind them working on their own schedule - which most people fall into. Pros: - quick call back and frequent communication, although on 2 occasions had to escalate - good prices (best for small projects) - no deposit required - installer put in extra hinges I bought for gate Cons: too many to list, but the top 4 are: 1) delayed starts due to lack of organization and follow-up with neighbours; 2) changes to what they can and cannot do, which effectively changes what I would have wanted installed too late; and 3) lack of communication at important times, i.e. started early without notice, so couldn't inspect post setting; 4) post depth is only 2.5' and they chop off .75-1' off the top.

Re: POST SETTING Wanted to address Post Setting, we set (due to our 5- Year Post Setting Warranty-Guaranteed not to heave or lean) in a particular way which includes; Concrete base under Post ( 6-18 inches (Average 1ft)) Post is 'Floated' in concrete so depth is actually around 1ft deeper than posts out of the ground as the cement at bottom is essentially an extension of Post while also acting as an insulator for long term durability. Having said that the issues you had are of concern to our Company and to me personally who has built our Sales based on Customer advocacy and want to make it right.     Fencing for our house and 3 neighbours

    Via our neighbours, we arranged to have the fencing on our properties removed and replaced. The fence itself is great - no issue with the quality of the end product. Big issue was with communications, or lack thereof. We had been informed that we would be notified when the installers would arrive - and we were not - they just showed up one day. We had some removal and prep work we were going to do with regards to a shed by the fence, and as such were not able to. We asked about the potential for Can-do to demolish and remove the shed, and were told we would hear back on the weekend - which we did not. We did not hear about when they would return to install the fencing itself - again they just showed up. As a result of not hearing back about the shed, we were unable to get it done before the fence went up, which made things much more difficult. The overall clean up was adequate, but not great - we expect workmen to treat the jobsite as if it were their own home and that was not the case. So - good quality fence, terrible communications. Price was about on par with what would be quoted from other firms. Our sales person for this work was Samer at Can-do. Price shown is for our share of the overall work - about 116 linear feet

    Grateful for you sharing your experience, glad the product and final result was satisfactory but regret the issues you experienced in between. The Sales Rep dealing with this I know has reached out to you to discuss some of the reasons communication was not where it should have been a few include; - Assuming one of the 3 neighbours involved was the point of contact and would be passing on message so had some broken telephone there. Also when dealing with add on's (such as shed removal) -Anything not booked 20-30 days in advance sometimes difficult for us to add on as our hectic and fixed schedule means planning for projects days and mostly weeks in advance including all the ordering etc... We are trying to find a way to build that flexibility into our system but from time to time quick change requests can be problematic for us with our current infrastructure if not done in advance. I would like to have a discussion to discuss further if you would like or if you like forward me an email to discuss further if convenient for you.
