    Fence Project

    After several quotes from alternate fence contractors (Oshawa, ON and surrounding), it was an obvious choice to select Can Do Fence & Deck to complete our fence project (required 170ft of fence). After our initial call & inquiry with Alon Zamdvaiz (Sales Manager) in July 2014 we knew we had made the right decision. We then had the pleasure of dealing with Samer Karadsheh (Sales Associate) to confirm our measurements & options and this only reconfirmed our decision. We found these gentlemen to be very professional, organized, knowledgeable & very honest. I would further suggest they are the most professional in the business. The whole process ran very smoothly, without any concern and most importantly on time and on budget. Can Do Fence & Deck were priced perfectly, hands down the best quality of workmanship & product for the price. We cannot forget to mention the team that built the fence, what an amazing bunch of guys. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Overall, we are very pleased with the end result. We would highly recommend Can Do Fence & Deck to anyone for a fencing or deck project. We’ve already booked our backyard deck project and can’t wait to see the end result.

    Neighbourhood Fence Install

    My neighbours entrusted me in finding a contractor to complete our fences. With 20 people to organize and coordinate this seemed quite daunting. Enter Alon Zamdvaiz (sales manager for Cando Fence and Deck). He immediately brought perspective and leadership to the project. He was able to work with me and the other neighbours in ensuring we got the individualized attention and the product we wanted. The crew worked tirelessly and the job was done ahead of schedule to a very high degree of quality. I have absolutely no complaints about the professionalism, workmanship and after service care offered by Alon and the crew of Cando Fence and Deck. I would recommend them without reservation.

    Warranty / Service call for Adjustment

    Great Company, with professional service. My Special thank you to sales manager Alon Zamdvaiz helping me out, even though Fence was built about 3.5 years ago, Alon took care of it and sent his team for Adjustment even though it was Out of Warranty Item. The Fence is holding up well for several years after construction, that in my eyes was quite efficient and accurate. I do appreciate your help ! Happy New Year Alon !!! :-)

    Back Yard Fence Installation

    Alon from Can Do delivered as promised. This company is reputable and professional. A six foot private wood fence was installed in my yard during the summer of 2013 and it still stands perfectly today. I have absolutely no complaints with respect to the quality of wood and craftsmanship. I would recommend Can Do to any property owner. Can Do has competitive pricing and was an absolute dream to work with. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Josh.

    Fence

    Our whole neighborhood needed fences so a few of us started organizing and calling a few different companies. After comparing we decided to go with the one we felt was the most reliable and after Alon did a presentation to the group, the 23 home owners agreed to go with Can Do. Survey Insurance was a big reason as well as no deposit and great references! Job was done and fence looks great! A little grass damage from equipment going back and forth but they explained machinery needed would cause some damage and it cannot be totally avoided so not totally happy with that but understandable. Posts for 23 Homes done in 2 days! They are good at what they do and overall 23 satisfied customers! Martha from Bradford

    Fence

    I am not pleased with this company at all. The fence was put in satisfactory but a better job could have been done. There were lots of issues with nails sticking out, loose and crooked boards, lots of warping and splitting etc and the job was shabbily done. I've seen better jobs done in my neighborhood. The after service is terrible. This summer I have been calling for 6 MONTHS for someone to come and look at the problems that they were SUPPOSED TO look at last year. Since May I have been calling, and they keep saying "we are on the list of repairs", by the time one guy came took months, (not the guy who was supposed to come), came in with an crap attitude and a big mouth, yes I'm talking about you M, to do some minor repairs. Came when he felt like it too, not when he was scheduled. So look, now it's December 2014 and nobody came! No communication, not a great build and no customer service. -- I am responding to this company's response. Firstly I think you may be confusing this with another customer because some of the things you are saying do not make sense to our situation. But I will respond anyway. "Multiple Visits" - no one has made multiple visits here. Waiting for someone to come took a long time and the person who was supposed to come never came. Any adjustments done were under warranty. You have not done the "best to accommodate" seeing as how we've been calling all summer with no cooperation. There was no communication between the repair people and the office and the customer. Items named were not months after installation but these were mentioned to the company right away. If you want to talk about satisfaction, you have to communicate better. It's the events that happened over the last 6 months that I am not satisfied with, case in point, a customer shouldn't have to call every 2 weeks to see what's going on when they were told that someone will be there. Pictures were sent in and there was no feedback. If you had the time to write your response, you should have time to deal properly with customers. It didn't take you long to respond to this yet the whole summer went by and the problem wasn't addressed even though your secretary said it would be.

    First and Foremost-- We are always committed to the Highest Possible Standards when it comes to Installation and Customer Service and this is Clearly Reflected in the Majority of Opinion and Reviews which are overwhelmingly positive. With over 1500 Residential Homes Completed annually, we are encouraged by the high rate of satisfaction from our Customers and always strive to improve ourselves as individuals and as a Company. Some Facts to Consider; See A. B. & C. A. We have responded to said customer as well as made multiple visits to this Home and have done adjustments for him including many Not Under Warranty. We have done our best to accommodate despite his multiple complaints about non warranty items and we feel a few things may not be fully fair and balanced here. B. it was not the whole fence customer had an issue with, only a few boards (many months after installation) that he observed had behaved as a natural product like wood can after installation. These items would not be covered by Home Depot (See Home Depot Lumber Aisle) or any other Major Installer as they had to do with natural wood behaviour Not Installation which customer called 'Satisfactory'. C. He says at first 'The Fence was put in Satisfactory' later taking about a Shabby Job and naming items occurring months after installation and based on natural wood behaviour. As per above these are Not Installation issues- Despite this we had made multiple visits and adjustments even for items not under warranty. In conclusion we always are up front with our Customers and do our very best each and every installation. We recognize after nearly 2 decades in Business though that there are a few small percentage of people that will not be satisfied no matter what you do...Right or Wrong. But alas, we will continue to do our best and appreciate the Support and Excellent Feedback we Receive from our Valued Customers.

    yard

    Needed to finish the fencing of our home to close off our yard, they were very professional and skilled at the construction and building. You can tell that they are very experienced at what they do which was efficient and provided wonderful results.

    Fencing

    With three summers without a fence due to grading issues, me and some of my neighbours were very eager to get a fence put up before winter this year. I contacted Cando as they had completed multiple jobs in our area. The sales manager Alon was very informative, professional, and answered everyone's questions/concerns very easily.. not to mention the prices were very competitive. Getting this project up and running was difficult as not all of the 28 townhome owner's were interested, but Alon was very patient and really worked together with us so that those of us who wanted to go ahead with fencing this year could do so. Once everything was sorted out the project was completed very quickly and the finished product looks great. I would definitely recommend Cando Fencing!

    Fencing

    Me and my neighbors were in search for a contractor in order to build our fence at same time so we could get a discount. Can do fence and deck had built the fence in a neighborhood very close to mine so I decided to step up and set up a meeting with them. I spoke with Alon Z who was very professional and knowledgeable. That same week all my 17 neighbors signed the contract and two weeks later all the work was done. The fence was beautifully installed and now everybody can enjoy their privacy on their own backyard They stood out to us in terms of price (we did lots of research before contacting them), quality, and service (fast and clean). One thing that surprised us was the fact that they were the only company that did not require a deposit and that payment was only required upon completion of the project. They also were the only one offering 5 years warranty. Can do was the best choice we made. Everybody is happy and If I ever need a fence again I'm definitively calling them. Thank you Alon Z and Can do Fence for the outstanding job.
