My wife has been on me to install a skylight, I was reticent because I thought they all leaked. I found PL Skylights on Homestars, I called them and spoke to Olena. She sent Noel to view my property, he explained PL skylights do not leak due to the way they are built and installed by the PL team, We chose a 4x4 foot venting unit and the guys built as a beautiful tunnel that has totally transformed our home! Better still we now have a cross breeze. It's over 100 degrees Fahrenheit outside - my AC is off and I had to write this review to share my story. I am now getting PL to replace 4 dome skylights at the company I work for. They DO leak, PL's don't!!

Fairly certain my basement windows on my 70+ year old bungalow were original. Same with the front door which looked like it belonged to a dungeon. Had four quotes from different contractors to supply and install six double-sliders and a steel insulated prehung exterior door (all Gentek brand). PL's quote was quite reasonable with two other contractors asking for 30-35% more. Because I had ordered a custom paint job on my door it took about eight weeks to be delivered to their warehouse - the custom windows were in before six. The basement window rough openings were rounded at the top. Noel (the installer) expertly cut some aluminum to match and caulked it such that you'd never know there was a big gap there. The rough opening for the door was indeed rough due to the decorative stone facing and no door buck. Noel added some wood trim to cover up the exposed areas and caulked it up nicely. Lisa promptly returned email inquiries with a phone call and the installer called at the end of the work day to provide a status update. When I am ready to replace my bay window I will be calling PL Windows and Doors.

Had many quotes from various suppliers to replace my aging skylights. PL Skylights was the most competitively priced and had a superior product when compared to the other quotes. Was somewhat apprehensive when I saw the scope of the work and the daylight peering through my now open roof. However, Lisa, Noel and team put me at ease with there professionalism during the extensive removal and installation process. They kept there promises and the timelines established for the installation and clean up. The new skylights are amazing! For a superior product and pricing I would not hesitate to recommend PL Skylights! A+++

I hired PL Skylight to replace my aged acrylic dome skylight. PL skylight price was inline with most other quotes we had but they had PVC frame with garter and the glass was tempered and had LOW-E Argon Gas. Noel knowledge seemed extensive. The work was carried out in the most professional manner imaginable. New skylight looks and performs beautifully. I would recommend this installer to anyone.

Just completed a skylight installation to bring light into a dark staircase area. Lisa and her team were always professional, courteous and punctual. The showed up on time with all the equipment they needed. No running out for something they forgot or something they needed but didn't realize they needed. I needed my leaky skylight replaced with a new one. They made a custom fit skylight and installed it in three days. After they finished they cleaned up all the mess. The work they did looks very good, I would recommend PL Windows if anyone is interested in getting work done. Keep up the good work!
