Elite completed a gut job of our second floor, added a bedroom on top of our garage and an ensuite bathroom as well as work on our basement. Our house is beautiful now and the renovation happened on time as promised. Our project manager Peter was onsite daily and always available when needed. Elites subcontractors were also very good. I would recommend Elite.

Our renovation experience with Elite was exceptional. Work was completed on time, budget changes were clear and tied to decisions we made, problem solving was collaborative, and the results were incredible. We had a weekly meeting with the head project manager to work through what was coming up next, questions, and troubleshooting. Further, when we had questions or ideas to suggest, he was highly responsive through our group chat. We felt very supported with a great team working together throughout the journey. We definitely recommend them to friends and family looking for a reliable construction team.

It was a pleasure to work with Elite on our full home gut renovation and addition. We originally reached out to them in March 2022 and with all the necessary preliminary activities ultimately started our build in March 2023, with a contract completion in December 2023. Were happily back in our house, which they made sure would happen before the holidays, and we couldnt be more thrilled with the outcome. They came recommended by a friend and the resounding sentiment from them as well as previous clients we spoke with was that they would hire them again in a heartbeat - we certainly agree and would recommend them as an exceptional team to carry your project from beginning to end. From our initial meeting with Jay, Keith and our Site Super we had a good gut feeling about working with their team, and as they walked us through their detailed, organized process and project expectations it was a clear pragmatic decision to hire them. Not only were they and their trusted trades friendly and easy to work with, but they were also clean, efficient, operated with integrity and provided high quality work that they stand behind. We also appreciated how organized and tightly scheduled the various events and payments were, which kept everything on track and clearly managed expectations so the project could move forward, at an impressive pace, with little delay. With weekly check-in meetings there was always an open dialogue of communication - both providing their expert insight, experience and skill while always willing to collaborate and listen; and when any issues arose, regardless of the size, they were quick problem solvers. The scale and scope of such a renovation is no small undertaking and a considerable investment of time and resources - inevitably there can be many anticipated and unanticipated stresses involved. Throughout the project, we confidently felt in good hands, assured by a team invested in creating a beautiful, high-quality, and personalized home. Overall, our expectations were high, but Elite exceeded them.

We recently chose Elite to complete our interior gut (to the studs) renovation including permit applications, wall changes, new electrics, completely new interior furnishings, etc. We are thrilled that we chose Elite as they did an exceptional job quality-wise, and importantly kept to time and budget. They always had an eye on customer service, and were continuously looking for ways to ensure that we had a positive experience. Elite's process from initial conversation to quotation to permit application to renovation was extremely smooth - and they acted as partners and 'problem solvers' for us, resulting in what felt like a very easy renovation process. As newcomers to Toronto, we initially connected with Elite after knocking on the door of a person who had had their renovation completed by them. The feedback we received from that person was incredible so we decided to call Jay who spent time talking us through the process, timing, what to account for in a budget, etc. He also suggested that we speak to other builders so that we could ultimately choose a builder who suited us best. A friend recently asked us if we would use Elite again, and our response was that our experience was so great that we would only ever use Elite in the future. We are so grateful to Jay, Keith, Will, Jason, Kevon, Bill, Michael, Steph, and many others on the broader Elite team who worked so hard to give us the home we'd always dreamed of having.

These guys are true to the name - Elite. They managed a 3500 sq foot addition in 8 months. They were there when we had any issues over night during the project, alot of the time anticipating it before we could. I highly reccomend.

It took us three years to finally move forward with completely gutting and designing our home. It took three years because I (not my husband) dreaded the work and stress we knew would be involved. After meeting with various construction companies, we immediately decided to use Elite because of Jay. Jay was straightforward but patient in addressing our fears. Jay and his team (including our project manager, William and site supervisor, Peter) were incredible at staying on task, and addressing every hiccup that arose. They kept us informed and addressed each and every concern we had throughout the process. Each stage of the process, from demolition to hanging our new doors, involved the most courteous and professional trades, we have ever encountered. Various neighbours even commented on how professional the workers were and were amazed that there was a crew on site, every day. I knew right away that Elite was right for our project when I first spoke to Jay. He was prepared, insightful, and real about what we were about to undertake. This was further confirmed as I met the rest of the team: Keith (our project manager) and Michael (our site manager). Professional, kind, smart people who know their jobs inside out. Elite kept our project on track with high quality work and a "get it done" attitude. It felt like a true partnership with the team throughout this huge project. And the end result is fantastic. Jay and his team were amazing from day one. We knew we could trust him when he insisted that we meet in person before hiring his company for the job. He understands the importance of interpersonal relationships and how it can affect customer expectations. The Elite team listened to what we wanted, were honest about what could and could not be done, gave advice that was in our best interest, answered questions and explained things without being condescending, and genuinely cared about how we felt about the outcome of the project. Our project manager, Jason, was great and took amazing care of us on site. Will was fantastic at taking care of business! If a problem arose he was on it and had it solved in no time. In terms of cost, the pricing was realistic and whenever money could be saved they found a way to do it without cutting corners. When it came to payment, it was well laid out for us on their builders app so we knew what was owed and when. Steph was great at ensuring payments were easy to make and never made us feel pressured. Of course the work was very well done and demonstrated the Elite team's vast knowledge and experience. Even though the work we hired Elite for is complete, they continue to make themselves available to us in a consultation role while we complete the reno ourselves. That personal touch makes all the difference.
