    Window install

    Salesman (Matan) and their installation team were very impressive and their team went above and beyond in almost every respect. Their post sale customer service included several follow up calls and a sincere interest in delivering a positive memorable experience.

    Window Replacement

    We have had an excellent experience having Ecoline replace 8 windows in our home. One of the reasons we chose Ecoline was the number of positive comments we had read regarding their high level of customer service -- add us to the list of satisfied customers. From the estimate, to booking, to installation, to follow-up inspection, everyone we have dealt with at Ecoline has been friendly, professional and extremely conscientious. We received helpful advice from Alex in deciding which windows to choose, and believe the price we paid was very reasonable. The installation team was fantastic - they worked non-stop, had a high level of attention to detail, and ensured that everything was to our satisfaction. Even where previous amateur framing and drywalling in our basement provided unique challenges with the space adjacent to two windows, the team spent a significant amount of extra time developing a creative solution and then completing finishing work to those adjacent areas so that the final look is far beyond what we could reasonably have hoped for. When the installation was complete, our yard and house were left spotless. The installation manager visited later to ensure that everything was perfect and to see if we had any questions or concerns. The new windows are beautiful and have given our house a significantly updated look.

    5 New Windows

    I just had my windows replaced by Ecoline. Installation team worked hard to finish the project in one day. They came early in the morning and left by 7 pm. Feels much warmer in my home already. Windows look good and for now I am a happy customer. waiting to see the new windows performance in the winter.

    13 windows installed.

    Excellent service right from the salesman to installation. Very efficient and professional. The installers worked very hard and did an excellent job with the clean up. We love, love our new windows and appreciate how much they updated the look of our home.

    Bay Windows

    We purchaed 2 Bay windows - 1 for living room and 1 for dining room.My wife loves the fact that we can open the sides with the easy crank system and also the ease of being able to remove the screens.It definately has brightened and makes the rooms look larger.We appreciate the professionalism of the installers and their willingness to answer questions pertaing to possible future projects.I also appreciate the fact that their was no mess left behind.I highly recommend Ecoline account of the products they have to offer.

    Window removal, supply and install

    I recommend Ecoline Windows. From start to finish, their employees were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Their sales staff brought sample windows to our home so that we could see the different types they had. Ecoline Windows was the only company we called that had seen metal cladding and knew how to remove it. They went above and beyond our expectations when it came to the install. The staff were meticulous.

    2 Bedroom windows

    These guys were great! We purchased two bedroom windows and they included all of the upgrades for free and the price was still competitive. On install day, the installers were clean, polite, and respectful of our house and were fairly quick. At the end of the install, the project manager stopped by for a surprise QC and asked me how things were going. They really couldn't have been better!

    New Windows

    Excellent install services. Fast, efficient and properly done. Thanks to Sasha and his helper. Follow up was good and thorough. We look forward to getting the rest of our windows done in the future. Our front room has moved from the 1970's into the year 2013! Amazing.

    window retro-fit

    We had 8 windows replaced and Ecoline did an amazing job from start to finish, to follow-up. They were't the cheapest windows but they worked with us on price to bring it closer to windows produced by a comparable company. great communication from the start (phone message that our windows are now being made, making an appt for the install,....). Installed everything in one day, foreman came to check and took care of reordering defficiencies (which are now installed). great customer care all around. FYI: my windows look awesome and I've had neighbours come and take a look at them.

    window replacement

    I had a great experience with the staff from ecoline windows from the gentleman that did the estimate to the the installers and also the customerservice staff, they were in touch with me every step of the way. I am very happy with my window and will have Ecoline Windows replace all my windows within a years time. Again thanks Ecoline for a job well done
