    Windows and doors

    Company was very efficient and clean. Mad the whole process very affordable and easy. Would highly recommend.

    Stay Away From This Company

    Install was very sloppy. Lots of damaged caused to existing paint and exterior deck. Garbage not cleaned up after install. After trying to receive compensation or deck repair for months, company is unbelievably difficult to deal with. Stay away.

    Replacement windows on bungalow

    The quality of the windows is average. They are not the most expensive windows but seem to do the job in the recent cold Installation was rough and rushed. Caulking was terrible and we ended up doing it ourselves. Interior trim poorly done. Would not use them again.

    Work left unfinished overall poor workmanship - complaints ignored

    Unskilled installers and work left unfinished. After filing two complaint emails I have been ignored There is a reason they are listed as a pre paid contractor and always ask for payment in full before the work starts. The photos below speak for themselves - this is not a definitive list but just major items. Front door installed crooked etc . etc. etc.

    Product and Service

    The new door that was installed has a gap in the bottom corner. Ecolines said they would replace it and then a few months later said no, as it was not an issue, unless it starts to fog up.. We do not agree, this is horrible quality and they should replace the door now. We paid to have a new door and this is what Ecolines considers QUALITY. It may be their idea of quality, but not ours. They are a terrible company to deal with and we have had nothing but poor quality and poor service from them. NO ONE WILL GIVE YOU A DIRECT NUMBER TO CALL ANYONE FOR HELP. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Garbage work

    From the person that come Carlos to give me an estimate to the person to come in and installed were two different stories. I asked for one window to be done. Before they move to the next window that never happened I will post pictures how everything was left open for over a week. One of the windows are broken. I have holes in my walls. Its been over two weeks theyre not finished. It looks like garbage. They left broken glass all over my property, and when I tried to talk to Girard, he said hed get someone to call me. Its been over a week. No ones called me. They were supposed to show up on 28 October to do to finish the sliding door because the installers cannot do it for whatever reason then they showed up today on the 26th at noon and I can prove because I have an email where it was for 28 October not the 26th

    Sliding Patio Door Replacement

    Last year we had Ecoline replace all the old aluminum windows in our 1977 year built home. We had 4 estimates and went with Ecoline more so because trust in the salesman Carlos that any knowledge on our part about window construction. It turned out to be a good choice. We were and still are quite satisfied with the windows and (very important to me) were impressed with the quality of the workmanship of Dimitio and his installation crew. This spring because of our success with the windows we decided to replace the patio door that was new in 1995. The patio door was not in as bad shape as the windows but was 28 yrs old, frosted up and leaked in the winter. Because we were so pleased with the windows purchased last year we felt it unnecessary to go anywhere else other than Ecoline. We contacted Carlos and he promptly came out for a quote. At our request Carlos made sure that Dimitrio was the installer. The new door was installed today and I am pleased to say that we are once again very satisfied with both the quality of the door and with the workmanship and dedication to his craft as shown by Dimitrio. The photos do not really show well but we are confident that the new door will make for a warmer and quieter house. The door is also much cleaner looking both inside and out. I would not hesitate to recommend Ecoline windows.

    Dining Room Window

    I am deligted with my new Ecoline Window. It was made exactly the way I dreamt of. I booked a free visit and cost estimate and got a quick reply and a punctual visit. They gave me tips and suggestions. The installation process ran smoothly and cleanly. They also helped me to submit the financing papers to Manitoba Hydro. My family and I are 100% satisfied.

    Don't Count on them to show up

    The installers are very unprofessional, and their customer service is weak. After waiting months for the installation of my sliding glass door and screen, the install date was changed the night before. Then the installers did not show up on the day they promised, and we had to call them hours after their time window to find out what was going on. When they finally did arrive a week later, the install went ok, but the door and screen both had damage from shipping, and were installed like that. The exterior silicone work was sloppy, and they left smears of it on my deck, and loose screws around the area. When asked about how they would apologize for wasting my time with a no-show, this company said "We cannot compensate you for something we didn't charge you for." Which basically means we don't care, we already have your money. When emailing with their project coordinator Olga, eventually she offered a $50 Amazon gift card to silence any honest and negative reviews that I may write, which is an offensively low compensation for their disrespect.
