    New Living Room Window for an older bungalow

    I purchased a vinyl, energy efficient Ecoline window for an older bungalow upgrade completed in May 2022. This new window replaced a very old wooden framed unit. I had a great experience with the sales, customer service and installation personnel. Work was performed quickly, neatly and very nicely done. Professional installation for a beautiful window.

    AMAZING NEW WINDOWS

    So I got my windows done last year just before the winter. They come at the end of November. It did not take them long to install three windows. I had three big windows to install. I live on a busy street and I can barely hear the traffic now. Both bedrooms were done and we sleep better. The three pane windows are perfect! It also helped with keeping the heat inside of the house. The front of my house looks so much better. I will be calling them for the windows we want to replace. The woman name Katie is amazing. She tells you how it is. Which I prefer because I knew what I was getting into. How she explained everything, it went the way she explained it. To the T. The people who installed the windows were great. Treated my house with respect which is so amazing. Just very happy. Would love to add a photo but the site wouldnt let me

    Windows

    I have been dealing with Ecoline for a couple of years in changing my windows. I had the two front ones done a few years ago with no problems. This year, I got the rest of the house done. The price was good, the installers were nice and the installation went well. I do not have any problems with these new ones also. I would refer them to anyone. Louise L.

    New Windows

    Ecoline replaced 12 windows in our home. We are happy with our purchase and believe we received good value for our money. From start to finish, Ecoline looked after us. Their website is very informative and one of the best out there. Vlad C took care of us during the sales process and he was excellent, patiently answering all of our questions. Our installation(s) went relatively well. We did have some minor issues that needed to be corrected and these were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Raffaele in customer service. We initially ordered 9 windows from Ecoline and liked them enough to order 3 more. The triple panes made a noticeable difference and these windows are eligible for the Greener Homes Grant ($250 / window). The only surprise we had is these windows can have a grey hue to them when the bright sun hits them on an angle. From looking on-line, this is a common issue with triple pane windows and low e coatings (light reflects off coating). It is not unique to Ecoline and only happens during certain lighting conditions. Not a deal breaker for us, but something to be aware of when selecting glass coatings. Our windows function well and appear to be well made. So far, so good!! Thanks Ecoline!

    Window installation

    Excellent quality windows, speedy installation, good price and fantastic customer service! The installers put drop cloths down on all the carpets during the install, and completely cleaned up the area after the windows were put in. They also made a point of showing us how to operate the windows as well as how to open them for cleaning. 5 stars!!!

    7 Window replacement

    When contacted to get a quote they responded within the first day. Carlos was a fantastic salesman, no pressure to buy. We got several quotes done and Ecoline Windows was not only in the top three for cost they offered more details as well. Andrew and Vlad showed up on time and got right to work were friendly and professional they cleaned up the whole job site as they went and even double checked twice to make sure it was all clean. They were absolutely amazing to work with! These guys worked very hard and the windows are looking amazing, I couldn't be happier with their work!!

    Window Install

    We love the new window from Ecoline and the installers were very good about cleaning up and showing us how the windows open and close and how to remove the screen for cleaning.

    Windows and front door replacement

    In 2018 I had Ecoline replace 7 windows in my home. In 2021, I had an addition 8 windows plus one front entrance and storm door installed. At both times I was really pleased with their proficiency, professionalism, and friendliness. The installers were thorough, efficient, and tidy. In addition, they were very helpful as I had purchased the wrong door handle for the door, showing me exactly what I needed to buy, and working on other areas while waiting for the replacement handle. I am really pleased with their products and am happy with the lowered heating/cooling bills Ive had since replacing my old windows. I have and will continue to recommend them.

    Ecoline Windows Calgary, Use this company at your peril!

    Use this company at your peril. I had all triple glass windows installed. The installers were extremely rude. The windows were left filthy and had glue on them, which was very difficult for us to remove., we had to insist that the come back to clean them, but they did a terrible job, we needed to clean them again ourselves. The plastic frames constantly make cracking noises when the temperature goes up or down, extremely annoying. The middle pane of one of the windows cracked after 18 months, this is clearly a manufacturing defect, however, when we brought this to Ecoline's attention they stated that will not repair the glass unless we pay. No warranty after 12 months. So much for the supposed 25 year warranty that they state on their advertising.

You were provided with all the information in regards to the warranty, which was included in your contract with Ecoline Windows.
