    Window installation, whole house

    Ecoline Windows is very professional and always willing to work with you, should delays or issues arise! Ivan and his assistant, and Polina in the office, are extremely knowledgeable and professional! Great people to work with!!

    Replacement Entry Door

    This is the second time we've used Ecoline to do an installation. The first time was windows, this time it was an entry door with a side light. The estimation process was quick and painless. The reason I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because of a delay in the installation. This was not all their fault. The Novel Corona situation has caused delays for other services. It would have been nice if the installation schedular would have been a bit more proactive in contacting us rather than requiring us to call them. Regardless, the installation was done on a day when there was a light snowfall going on. The installers were on time and did an excellent job. There were a few issues they ran into once the old entry way was removed, but they handled it with professionalism and stayed until the job was completed (about 7:00pm). Pricing seems on par with other first-rate companies in Calgary. Because this was the second job they did for us, we got a repeat customer discount. We have some more windows that will need to be replaced and we will be going back to them for the additional work. Highly recommended.

    Window Replacement

    We are very pleased with the product, price, and especially the service we received from Ecoline. From the beginning of the process with Alex (sales), to the finance/admin staff and installation crew - we have had nothing but excellent customer service. Everyone was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. We only replaced one window at this time but if we had to replace any other window or door, we would definitely work with Ecoline again.

    Basement Windows Replacement

    I contacted EcoLine Windows in July as I had received a pamphlet in my mailbox and we were looking to have our basement windows replaced. Our basement windows were original to the home, leaking and full of condensation so we know it was time to upgrade. The employee who took my call was efficient, scheduled me in for a quote and even in the middle of a pandemic the local manager showed up and provided his assistance and knowledge to help me make a decision. We were told that our window installation wouldn’t be until October. However, we ended up having our windows installed on November 6th. EcoLine Windows communicated the week before, the day before and the morning of installation. They even offered to come out earlier than our set time. A gentlemen knocked on my door, introduced himself, was masked and completely professional. He explained what they would do for installation and they quickly got to work. It took them about two hours to install both windows and put the casing around the windows. The workers cleaned up their work area and outside our home, they didn’t leave anything behind. Our windows look fantastic snd we are so happy with the job completed by the installers! Thank you!

    new exterior doors

    I had Ecoline do new windows for me two years ago & was pleased with the quality of the product and how clean & efficient the workers were when here so when I decided to install new outside doors this year I decided to go with the same company as I feel they are a reputable company. The installers were all very professional and friendly and work hard. Anyone in the company from the sales people to the installers have been easy to del with. Bev. Regner

    10 new windows

    The guys came down did the work fast. They showed us the problem we had and we made a decision together with no issues. We walked around both inside and outside. Very courteous, gentlemen helping me with my broken ankle.

    New doors installation

    Very positive experience. The installers showed up when expected. They worked nonstop to install both a front and back door to completion. When they packed up at the end of the day, you'd never know they'd been here. They vacuumed, tidied, hauled away old material and left us to admire our new doors.

    Amazing crew

    We just replaced all windows with them, I was little bit upset at beginning how long it took to made windows but when they finally come, guys were extremely professional. I would strongly recommend them.

    Windows New

    Installation and service was great. Cleaned up after themselves. The only concern was it took over a month longer than anticipated and very little communication regarding delays. Otherwise, would have no issue recommending this company.

    Fabulous product and exceptional service

    Every part of the process with Ecoline Windows was exceptional. They're made in Canada but it does take some time for them to arrive if you need custom windows - so order early. The windows are exactly as promised and they kept us informed of the process every step of the way. Carlos was our first point of contact and he was fantastic. So much so that we referred him and Ecoline immediately to a number of family and friends. And Ali and his team were beyond professional with their install. We'll be ordering more windows shortly.
