We had most of our windows on our main floor replaced as well as 3 doors. From beginning with our salesperson Sergey to our installers Igor, Peter and Leo, I am very happy with the service. The quality of our windows and doors is very good. We were kept informed along the way on the progress of the making of the products. The install was just a little later than expected but not too much later. I was kept informed on any issues during the install process and the installers were great! They were very nice and their workmanship was very good. This is the second time we have used this company and I highly recommend them. Thanks everyone!

What a trainwreck. I wish we could give 0 stars. If you don't read any further, then read this: We strongly recommend you look elsewhere. Poor workmanship, blame shifting, lack of accountability, damaged property. Do some research. The windows may look nice and are cheap but it is all about PROPER INSTALLATION. Ask Ecoline Windows if they - and your installer - are 'SAWDAC Window Wise' certified. If they are not, then go elsewhere (hint: they're not). Your windows will be installed wrong and will fail early, leak water, or sag. But it won't matter because "it's covered under the warranty". Don't read the 5 star reviews - Take a look at the 1,2,3 star reviews. You'll find the same story over and over - shoddy work, negligent practices, no oversight or responsibility. Back in 2017 we contracted Ecoline Windows (Edmonton) to install 8 basement windows. The work is still not done. 1. THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW. You'll notice that Ecoline Windows are disputing many of their 0-star reviews on Google, Yelp and Homestars as being fake. This is an unethical way of deflecting blame. An honest company would explain, or own up and apologize. 2. Our windows were installed with no screws, with too much expanding foam, with hand cut shims made from 2x4's (not even treated wood). They were sized incorrectly. The installer 'fixed' this by pouring cement (!!) into the gap. No backer rods were used. So much caulk was used that it glooped out. Caulk must be thinly applied against a backer rod or it will FAIL and water will leak in during driving rain or spring melt. 3. Our complaints were ignored. I am a Professional Engineer and know what I am talking about. They required us to hire an independent inspector ($360) to prove that there was a problem. It took almost 2 years of emails, phone calls, and pestering to get them to fix the windows. They will not give out any management contacts at all. Good luck fighting them for a fix. 4. There is absolutely no oversight or review of the installation. Ecoline promises a 'supervisor visit' to inspect the work after it's complete. When I requested this, this is what I was told: "the installer is licensed to do the inspection. Since he oversaw your installation, he is also the respective inspector." Unbelievable. 5. Ecoline Windows will tell you that these are their own special manufactured windows. This is false. They are actually Vinylbilt windows. Which is fine, as long as you know what you're getting. They will deny this unless you very specifically ask them. 6. They have replaced and reinstalled every window now more than once. Due to this they substantially damaged our new stucco, which they promised in writing to fix at their cost. They have now refused to do so - leaving us with $1,750 in repairs, no warranty, and no Alberta Energy Rebate. I STRONGLY encourage you to do some research. Especially if you opt for casing to be installed - the installer can do shoddy work and you'll never know it as it will be hidden by the casing. If you choose Ecoline Windows, hire an independent inspector to be onsite for the installation and verify it is done correctly.

Great service and excellent install. Will highly recommend installers to anyone wishing great service. The install was on time and clean-up was done. In fact the kitchen window inside moulding was complete-all we had to do was touch up with paint.

Shoddy workmanship misses scheduled appointments, unresponsible and lack of professionalism I contracted Ecoline Calgary to replace all the windows in my home in the July of 2018. Windows promised in 8 weeks, not delivered until end of Nov, and only with lots of prodding. Very little updates. Rush job installing windows, damaging brick siding. Also, used "clear" silicon on dark brown windows, making a white border around each window. Spoke for months to get this resolved, the representative said our problem, not theirs, will cost additional money, it will blend in with road dust (never did), and finally when we threatened with reviews offered to come and fix it. First, they wanted to place more silicone over top of existing silicone (this is bad practice as it will peel very easily), and then agreed to redo caulking completely. From May to now, a series of appointments made to redo caulking, some of it done very poorly. This is still not yet completed, and work crew have missed 2 appointment, shown up with the wrong colour (after telling us the delays were due to needing to order the right colour), and have been dragging their feet on when they will complete. One sealed unit cracked in Mar/2019 -- new of Nov 2018, and had to be replaced. Window casing is cracking, not one year in. The caulking job is very sloppy. I had another window replaced with another company with good service, one that ecoline could not do. This is a slip-shod company, with poor service and poor workmanship. Do not consider them for your next project, or at the very least refuse to pay until they have fixed things to your satisfaction

I have heard great things about EcoLine. My sales rep was ok but not great at communicating. The window did not arrive in the time I was told. Took an extra month after ordering in April and calling in July to find out where it was. Price and quality of window is good. Installation crew was awesome but looked like amateurs after almost dropping old window and then actually dropping my new one 2 times. They broke the top pane and scraped off my stucco. When I asked when the widow would be repaired I was told to call the office. Ok seemed fair. The office said they would send out lead installer to check the damage. It was the same crew that installed the damn window! After some discussion back and forth he asked why I refused to pay? I said I didn’t refuse the girl at the office told me someone would call and arrange payment. He seemed upset, so I said I don’t care when I pay as long as the window gets fixed. He said yea sure they have to order a new window. Now I wait to see how long till it arrives! Not a great experience.

I had one large 3 panel window and one bathroom window replaced. From the initial consultation to installation I was very impressed with the service. Prompt, efficient, courteous. Custom made windows installed in the time frame promised.

After needing to replace a broken window I went on the recommendation of a friend and had Ecoline do the job. I'm so happy with the finished product that I've decided to replace 3 more. Thank you to Doug & Alex for the quotes and Victor for the install. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ecoline to my friends.

We used Ecoline this spring to renew four upstairs windows. I was very satisfied with the sales person, the installers, the price and the quality. I have been renewing my windows a few at a time over the years and have used several different suppliers. Ecoline is heads above the competition. I have three windows to go and will definitely use them in the spring when I am ready to complete the job.
