    Windows

    Our second time choosing Ecoline as we have been continually impressed with our first purchase 5 years ago. We had our entire main floor windows replaced at that time (8 total) and they have held up wonderfully. We had no question to choose them again when needing to replace a basement window. The service was excellent from the first sales meeting to the installers whom were very friendly, efficient and left no trace behind other than a beautiful new window. Will definitely choose them again should the need arise!

    Windows and Patio door replacement

    We were pleased with our salesman who arrived on time to give us a quote and consultation. But....During installation I found that the patio doors were defective but the staff asked me to sign a document and make a full payment because it would be replaced by the warranty. After 3 weeks I called the office and they were surprised they said they didn't know anything. After we "found" together that the patio door was defected and need to be replaced. It's been 3 months, but they haven't done anything. I would not recommend this company.

    New windows

    Our existing windows were horrible. In the winter they were so frosted you couldnt see outside and could feel could air coming in. We had the windows replaced March and the noticable difference was amazing. Not only were they crystal clear but the rooms no longer had drafts. Excellent product and customer service.

    Great service

    I booked Ecoline Windows some time in advance, but on the day of the installation my plane was delayed and I couldn't be there. They dealt with my tenants and were done in 4 hours. When I arrived I couldn't tell they had been there. Everything was clean and the tenants were very happy.

    Well done ?

    Ecoline provide a high quality product as well as professional employees. I have 2 homes that require upgrades and I am confident the completed work will be to my satisfaction as it has been previously.

    Right in the middle of installation and very impressed

    From the saleswoman, Yulia, to the two gentlemen in the middle of installation, excellent service. The guys are keeping everything so tidy and the windows are beautiful. We received quotes from two other companies, and are satisfied with everything including the pricing so far. Windows are received and installed at the time we were originally told they would be. I believe this is big in window world! Will write more as job progresses and will add the names of the installers. We have already recommended Ecoline to friends and family. E&B

    Replacement of 2 Picture Windows and Bedroom Window

    Ecoline Windows did an excellent job installing two large pictures windows and a smaller bedroom window in my home. Their consultant explained all the options to me and was very knowledgeable on their products. The installers efficiently installed the windows and did a good job cleaning up after the install. The windows are of high quality construction and I am sure they will last as long as the house is standing. I am very pleased with my purchase.

    Replaced front windows

    Excellent dealings right from the quote to final install. Quote was done as per request no overselling. All went smooth and painless during the installation, crew advised a slight change to make the appearance nicer. Greatly appreciated.

    Qualtiy product and service

    Econoline sales and service staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They were very open about the types of installations their products are best suited for and what the variety of options are. There was no pressure to choose premium options or packages and the benefits of choosing them (or not) were clearly explained. The installers were friendly and had great attention to detail. There was a complication with our install that required a significant amount of additional effort. This was completed cleanly and effectively despite cutting into their evening. The product itself is excellent so far and exactly what I was expecting.

    Replace 10 windows and 2 doors

    Great up front work by excellent company spokesperson Julia. Great installation work by Nazar and crew. Looks like our house is a new house! The installation crew cleaned up after themselves, and quickly corrected a minor problem. Quality windows and doors. Good price for a lot of work.
