    Basement Windows Update

    We recently had three basement windows replaced in our home. Although we had a drastic drop in the outside temperature, the workers were able to remove and replace each of the windows with little delay. The cold did not seem to affect the team as they took the time needed to ensure that the new install fit, was plumb and level. Having personally installed many windows myself, I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. They did an awesome job from start through to the work site cleanup.

    8 windows and I door

    I am extremely pleased with the entire process ! The salesman was knowledgeable and helped me with decisions. The installers were professional and thorough. Thank you I would recommended to anyone.

    Main floor windows

    We chose Ecoline because the salesperson was the most knowledgeable and prompt. It was a bonus that they were the most economical. We were lucky to have the windows installed right before the cold snap and now there’s no more icy or foggy windows. Would definitely recommend.

    Window Replacement Service

    The whole experience working with Ecoline Windows was positive, right from initial appointment for a quote to installation and keeping with the committed timeline. Denis & cohort did a quick install of 3 basement windows, ensuring the site was clean and tidy upon completion. I would definitely consider Ecoline for future jobs and would definitely recommend to others.

    Project

    Amazing service. Everything from getting our quote down to the installation. Very friendly, and they left no mess. Super professional. I 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to get windows done.

    Total window replacement 1.5 storey home. 9 windows

    Overall Great experience. From the first appointment to the final installation all involved at every step were true to their word. No surprises, no disappointments. All this, along with a fantastic quote. Thanks for a great job. looking forward to the next project.

    Windows replacement

    Had three windows replaced and I am very happy with the work. Professional/curtious installers. I looked at 3 companies and eco line seemed the best fit for what I wanted and my budget. I am glad I selected them.

    Window Replacement

    I would not recommend this company. I only had a small project replacing 2 windows, but the project was delayed 2 months, the installers were unprofessional, and the windows broke after 13 months, just after the warranty expired.

Sealed units are covered for a lifetime warranty (25 years) against a sealed unit failure (moisture between the glass panes) and for 1 year against pressure cracks. This is a standard warranty in the industry. Unfortunately we can not provide the replacement free of charge since the window in question was installed over a year ago. We are sorry for the inconveniences it may have caused you.

    Bay window

    We had a bay window installed in 2017 and couldn't be happier with Ecoline Windows service. We had a defect in the window from factory and they were quick to return and replace it. Very friendly people who appreciate our business. We are getting more windows installed this year. Alex was a great help who explained things very patiently (thanks Alex!). We would definitely refer friends and family to Ecoline Windows!!

    Installing Patio Doors

    Absolutely love our new patio doors! The people were very polite and professional and gave me constant updates on the status of my installation, from purchase to build (they had to make my patio doors to size and specifications that I wanted) and completion. I will definately go with them again!
