Tony was very thorough, and took the time to explain all aspects of the home we were purchasing as he was doing the inspection, and ensured we understood what we were looking at.

Tony was very thorough and patient throughout the entire inspection. He explained everything that he was taking photos of and seeing during the inspection, which he would later also put in the final inspection. I was also able to ask questions while he was inspected and he answered them honestly and concisely. The final report was sent quickly and was very easy to understand. Tony took the time to properly explain everything and also at the end wrapped up with an opportunity to ask further questions. The air quality test was also explained and any concerns were outlined in a very detailed fashion. Tony was amazing and I will be recommending him to family and friends as well as keeping his contact handy for the future.

Had some water damage in my dining room. Tony did a thorough inspection with moisture meter and thermal camera to detect source of the problem. Also conducted helpful air quality tests to ensure there was no mold in the air. Was always available to discuss results of the air samples. He took the time because he genuinely wanted to help us with our problem. Very pleased with his professional attitude and friendly demeanour. Happy to say that Inch By Inch made this difficult experience a lot easier to get through. Home inspection when purchasing a home can be scary. How does a person know that the company they choose is giving them the best possible service/honesty. Well for those like me who base their choices upon stellar reviews i hope this helps you in making your decision! Anthony was very precise and thorough with his inspection. He took his time and inspected the house as if he were inspecting one for himself. He was very knowledgable on every topic you can think of from mold to roofs to decking to structure etc..if my wife or myself had a question anthony was very informative and went intongreat details so that we could understand. We would highly reccommend anthony and his team again. Job well done!
