We recently hired Tony to inspect a home that we were going to buy. He discovered mould and water issues that were beyond our means to fix. He was thorough, very friendly and took the time to explain every issue in detail. He discussed ways we could possibly solve the issues at hand giving us a clear picture of what we were up against. I will call Tony again for our next inspection!

Tony is an excellent guy and I highly recommend him to do home inspections. He is very knowledgeable and has the patience to explain everything in detail to new home buyers such as myself. He spent about 5 hours with us and was available for questions even after. He used a variety of sophisticated equipment and methods to do the inspection. It was raining heavily, but Tony did not hesitate to go out and check every bit of the house so we could make the right decision in purchasing our home. He was very thorough and his pricing was very much reasonable compared to others in the same industry. I highly recommend Tony!

Tony's work was superb. I had a court case imminent. I had had a flooded room and tenant staying elsewhere. I needed mold inspection and a report, fast. I got it, and Tony 'went the extra mile' for us in several ways, regarding photos and lab testing. He also referred us to AMD remediation company [Vince Bucciachio], and Danielle's work here was fast, careful, prompt and thorough.

I called Tony to arrange for a home inspection. He was too busy thus he sent his partner Russell to do the work. Initially, there was a bit delay for me to get a detailed report from Russell. Tony got involved and coordinated everything. He apologized for the delay and promised to issue a full refund. Even though Tony did not perform the work, he handled things in a professional and timely manner.

Second time around using Tony for a home inspection. I was worried about the mold growth in my kitchen island and Tony called me back. Vince at Absolute Mould Remediation arranged for Danielle & Adam to come the next morning to my home. I called Tony and he efficiently came out the same day and conducted several tests to verify our suspicion of mould in the home. A few days later a detailed report and phone call was received to the explain all the problems and how to resolve them. I would definitely reccomend Tony for his service in the future.

As part of the home inspection duting the sale of our townhouse, some mold was discovered in the furnace room. Needless to say we needed to have this removed and remedied as fast as possible. We calle Inch By Inch at 8:30 AM in the morning and spoke to Tony. By 2PM the same day we had someone come in to assess the problem and by 3PM the next day, mold was removed and the furnace area was made to look like it was new. The team (Vince & Danielle), who were extremely professional, helpful and thorough, even cleaned out all the stuff that was in the crawl through. We were amazed at the job they did. Then we had the air quality test done, which again was done promptly and efficiently, with the lab results explained in detail by Tony. This helped us proceed with the sale in a timely manner as there are always deadlines to various conditions. Timing was a factor (as well as the quality of work done, of course) and these guys came through. We are extremely satisfied with this experience. 100% recommended.
