I suspected I had mould issues in my home and called Tony to come and do an inspection. He was very responsive in answering my calls and questions. When Tony arrived he had all the latest equiptment and did a thorough inspection including inside and outside air samples. He was very knowlegable and gave me all the time I needed to ask questions. He identified the areas of concern and reviewed the results of the air samples and provided a detailed report. I would not hesitate to recommend Tony to anyone. We moved into a new home this spring, and by the summer 3 rooms in the basement had visible mold growth on the walls. Being a first time home buyer, I came across Tony Muscat's Inch by Inch home inspection via reviews read on Home Stars. I was happy with the reviews being positive from everyone in last 2 years. So when I initially called him, he explained to me in details about what he will be offering w.r.t home inspection. On the day of inspection, Tony was dot on time. He reiterated the whole process to us and explained every point he was inspecting. he even put in his 2 cents of advice at points he felt. The inspection lasted or about 3 hrs as he had mentioned. In the end, it was a wonderful experience and learn about the house as well. He even gave us home maintenance booklet. Originally referred by a friend, I called Tony from Inch By Inch to inspect a house we were interested in. He was very punctual and had a very fair price. During the course of the inspection Tony pointed out several hidden issues which weren't readily obvious. Tony is very knowledgeable and provided a very thorough written report which eventually ended up saving us so much more than the cost of his service. I definitely recommend Inch By Inch and will definitely use them again in the future.

Tony from Inch By Inch is the most thorough home inspector I've dealt with. He's also very friendly and easy to communicate with. He covered all the bases and kept us informed during the walk through. He has extensive knowledge on building codes, building maintenance and many of the related trades. His written report was very detailed and helped us make an informed decision.

Tony conducted a home inspection for a home that I put an offer on. From start to finish Tony’s attention to detail was impeccable!
