    Potlights and minor electrical

    Dealing with this company was excellent from beginning to end. My initial call was answered by a live person and a few days later they were at my place for a quote. The crew arrived on time and did excellent work. They were a pleasure to deal with, always polite and listened to my concerns. I asked for a couple of extra things that were not part of the original deal and they accommodated. They even cleaned up the debris in the end. Want some lights in your house or electrical work? Then this is your company. Good job!!

    Soffit Lighting

    Brendan and Peter were prompt and courteous. They did a great job with the soffit lighting installation and kept their work area clean. They made sure we understood the features of the new lights and how to operate them, and they made sure we knew where wire runs were located for future reference. When all was done, they made sure that we were happy with the work before they left. The cost of the work was very reasonable and did not vary from their original estimate. Note: Unlike some positive reviews you may see out there, know that this one was not bought with rebates or the promise of future discounts... it was EARNED !!!

    Pot lights inside (two rooms) and outside (soffets)

    Brendan and his crew did an amazing job! Quote was right on, work was done quick and mess cleaned up. We had LED pot lights put in our tv room, and 8 in our living room. In addition, they did 4 LED outdoor pot lights in our soffets/overhang on each side f our house to light up the outside/walkway. The LED quality is high, and brightness perfect. Indoor lights were put on dimmers. I have to say, the work looks great! Inside and outside. They guys were professionals and knew what they were doing. They don't waste time, and are polite. It was a pleasure dealing with them after who we had for quotes before. I will most definitely be hiring these guys again in the future. Price was great and negotiable, quote was right on when work completed, we literaly had zero issues with them. My wife and I are quite impressed with the quality of work, and with the workers themselves. I highly recommend these guys if you need pot lights!

    Backyard decklighting

    LID did a fanatstic job in installing deck lighting in my backyard this past August. I had several quotes from different companies but LID came in at a great price and provided a good product. They were very responsive even as I added 4 additional lights and had them install two outside lamps. I had a total of 29 deckdot lights installed and my backyard looks stunning at night! Brendan...great work by you and your crew!

    Outdoor Lighting Installation/Repair

    I have hired LID a number of times for a specific client's home. They are professional, trustworthy, educated, friendly, reasonably priced and do a fabulous job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    Lighting

    We've used Lighting Innovation and Design for both our indoor (kitchen and dining room) and outdoor LED lighting needs. Brendan has been extremely enjoyable to work with. When we had some problems with some of the bulbs a few weeks after installation, he was quick to remedy the situation by replacing them with a different brand. He's knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I'd highly recommend Lighting Innovation and Design Inc.

    Under cabinet lighting

    Had an under cabinet LED system from another company that kept failing. The guys from LID put in a brand new system that worked like a charm and the light quality and colour is much better than the previous lights. Very helpful, professional and install was perfect!! Thanks guys.

    Landscape Lighting

    Wow these guys are the real deal. I hired Brendan to install LED lights on a new retaining wall in my front yard. His quote was 50% cheaper than several others I obtained. Brendan was extremely professional and the the results were fabulous. A few times he ran into some tough spots with the wiring and was able to troubleshoot through the problems. I am very happy with the work LID did and certainly recommend them.

    Office Lighting

    I cannot thank LID enough for their expertise, professionalism and dedication to customer service. They went above and beyond to actually custom design and build my feature light pendants to suite my studio vision. They listened, made recommendations and patiently worked with me to achieve our desired outcome. I have received countless compliments on my office lighting! The entire team was a pleasure to work with, an all around fabulous experience. I would recommend LID to all of my friends, family and business colleagues!

Sometimes it requires a little troubleshooting to get the products we need, but there is always a solution. In this case, that meant having the pendants made ourselves rather than waiting for the original choice to become available. I think that because of the process of designing the pendants and then making them, I'm even more proud of the end result than i would have been with the original product choice.     Landscape Lighting

    Brendan installed LED lights in our backyard. He is so professional and eager to please. He has great lighting layout ideas and his products are terrific. He clearly cares about his clients and did a great job.
