    Basement, Bathroom, Waterproofing and Kitchen

    Rafael, Javier and their team did a wonderful job of renovating our basement and basement bathroom as well as our kitchen. Natanael understood our needs and budget and made our basement and kitchen much more functional and modern with better use of the space. Rafael, Javier and their team were polite, professional, hardworking and always willing to complete the work to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the renovations and would recommend Rafael, Javier and their team to others!

    Basement Renovation

    Nathaniel and Rafael were extremely professional and attentive to our wants and needs. They (unlike other companies who we had invited to quote on our project) provided a very detailed quote including all elements of our full basement demolition and reconstruction including a construction timeline and payment schedule. Rafael was our main contact throughout the project, he met us every morning with a smile and guided us through the daily and weekly construction expectations. He consulted with us on the design elements and made some great supplier recommendations as well. His crew was kind, courteous and professional and maintained a clean working environment throughout the project. Rafael has kept in touch to ensure all is in good working order and we are thrilled with the transformation of our basement. We have gained 30% function living space thanks to the design and build work of P&P Renovations We would highly recommend Nathaniel and Rafael and P&P Renovations for your next renovation project! They completed the project on time, on budget and exceeded our expectations!

    Basement renovation

    After researching for a company to create a space in my already finished basement for my elderly parents to live instead of going to a nursing home, I read the reviews and decided to hire P and P painting. I was very satisfied, it took approximately 21 days from start to finish, the team did an excellent job especially Javier and his team. Nathaniel was very professional and after one year I encounter minor problem, it was immediately taken care of. I am extremely grateful. Thank all of you who have worked to complete the task.

    Basement Renovation

    Our 90+ yr old East-End Toronto semi-detached home had a completely unfinished basement. With two young boys, we wanted to add some much-needed space and a second bathroom. P&P have performed many such renovations and came highly recommended from our neighbour. We found P&P Painting and Renovations to be fast, competent and within our budget. We found the team - led by Javier - to be both very respectful and competent in their work. We were very comfortable having the team in our home for 6-7 weeks while the work was completed. They were very respectful and accommodating. Any job of this nature will have complications and hurdles as old homes don't always have straight walls or level floors. Javier was extremely communicative and came to us with options. We found this communicative and collaborative approach so helpful rather than making assumptions and doing work we didn't want done. Having a single point of contact (Javier) who managed the plumbers, HVAC, electrical, drywall and painters was a huge benefit to us. We are very happy with our new basement and are looking forward to having P&P quote on future upgrades to our home.

    Work done past the the Warranty

    We hired P&P renovations to do our master bathroom and basement renovations 2 years ago. They did a fantastic job and we’ve been recommending them to our friends and family ever since. A few days ago we noticed that water was leaking from the base of our toilet in the master bathroom and surmised that the wax ring needed to be replaced. We decided to call Mauricio (who did our renovations) and asked him if he could help. Within a few days he came to our house and replaced the wax ring. As always, he was efficient, polite and unobtrusive. Not only did he take time out of his busy schedule to fix this problem, but he also did it for free, as our renovation warranty only covered one year. Once again, Natanael and his hardworking team have proven that this company is honest, reliable, and stand behind their workmanship. Thank you so much for your help!

    basement finishing

    We were more than happy with P and P Renovations - we hired them to completely finish our basement after we had it underpinned and dug down 2 feet. Scope included new stairs, washroom, kitchenette/bar, flooring, electric, lighting, plumbing, drywall etc. We received numerous quotes and not only was theirs the most professional (quote was in writing with all the items broken down in detail with costing) but the quote was 10 grand lower than most. The owner Nathanael Parera Torres was very professional and reliable - we had several meetings with him beforehand to confirm the project - he provided us with excellent recommendations to both save money and make the project better. He assigned a project manager, Javier, who was on site everyday from 8 to 6pm and was available anytime for us. All the workers were polite, friendly and hardworking. Project concluded on time and on budget. We couldn't be happier and I highly recommend P and P Renovations!

    Kitchen reno and new hardwood floors.

    We are very happy with our new kitchen and hardwood floors. Natanael is a craftsman--very detailed in his approach. He takes great pride in his work and has an excellent team with him. When challenges arise Natanael takes them on and solves them--all done with a sense of humour. Thank you Natanael !

    Kitchen and main floor reno, upstairs bathroom reno, spray foam insulation in upstairs bedroom

    This is the second time we have hired P&P to complete major home renovations (the first being a complete overhaul of our basement in 2013). We are very satisfied with the work that the P&P team did in opening up our main floor and gutting the kitchen as well as transforming the upstairs bathroom. The P&P team take pride in their work and craft and this really shows in the end results. This is the second major project in which they completed on-time (even a few days early!) and on-budget and we are beyond thrilled with the transformation. I would highly recommend P&P for any home reno.

    Basement Renovation

    This is the third time we have hired Natanael's company to do a home renovation for us. We would not consider hiring anyone else. He is honest and upfront about cost and kept me up to date on any additions or questions. The crew are skilled, precise, diligent, tidy and very hard working. The main room in our basement was in need of updating (P&P had already renovated the other two rooms). They leveled the floor,installed new flooring, lots of potlights and had amazing storage ideas. Natanael pays great attention to detail like widening a doorway and moving vents to the centre of the room for better heating. A crack team of painters painted the basement and my daughter's room beautifully and the electrician put a semi-flush mount light fixture in my living room without damaging the delicate, original plaster ceiling. Honestly, I wouldn't hire anyone else.

    Basement Renovation

    Natanael and his team are professional, high-quality workers with attention to detail and great respect for their clients. They completed our basement in 2014 and two years later, when we encountered an issue (unrelated to the quality of their work), Natanael came the very next day, diagnosed the problem, and had his team fixing things right away. We would definitely use P&P Renovations for future work.
