Master Ensuite Bathroom
We interviewed 3 companies before we chose P&P and glad we made this choice. Natanael gave us a timeline of 13-15 days and it was finished exactly on time. We chose and paid for all the tiles, lighting, faucets, bathtub, vanities and they did the rest. We are very pleased with the work and have no problem recommending them. A special thanks to Mauricio for putting up with my changes without a fuss. I really appreciated that. Our bathroom looks beautiful now.

Basement Renovation
P&P exceeded our expectations. As most first time renovators who watch HGTV, we approached the process cautiously - having contacted over 10 companies. In the end P&P was the clear choice. From the start they came across as professional, they booked an appointment time immediately, communicated clearly the details of the work, offered insights and suggestions that really paid off, and provided a detailed estimate. Working with the crew was a pleasure. They are genuinely good people, who work hard and care about their work. Communication with Maruricio (project lead) was easy. He updated us daily on what work was done and what the next steps were. Anything details we needed to work through was done professionally. Clearly this company values their customers. Thank you to Nataneal, Mauricio and his team - David, Chaviano, Louis (and associate), Joe and Castella. we're thrilled with the results and look forward to working with you again. Thank you for the wonderful basement. We'll enjoy it for years to come...Will and family. Delivered on budget and ahead of schedule. Scope of work: full basement renovation from studs and rough ins (main, washroom, laundry room, storage and furnace)

Bathroom Renovation
Everything about working with P&P Renovations was absolutely fantastic. Our bathroom renovation was completed on time and on budget. We received an initial quote from Mario and a follow-up visit from Nathanael. The two dedicated workers on our team were George (project manager) and Ernesto. They were both punctual, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They answered any questions we had with regards to the work and were more than willing to go out of their way to help in any way possible. This whole experience was unbelievable. I would definitely recommend P&P Renovations without any hesitation. They are real professionals who are hard working and who really care about doing a great job! We will be using P&P Renovations for the next part of our renovation project - Kitchen Reno in the Spring of 2014. Thanks again Nathanael, Mario and especially George and Ernesto, our dedicated team! You guys did a FANTASTIC job!!

Kitchen renovation
I found P&P Renovations on Home Stars and after reviewing all the great reviews about P&P I contacted Nataneal Perera by email and he responded right away. After a site review I rec'd the quote for my kitchen renovation which involved dismantling existing cupboards, removing a peninsula counter, removing granite and relocating all plumbing and electrical to a new 12' centre island that was being custom built. I also had a very large opening put in to the wall between the living room and kitchen to open the space up and allow for a better flow between rooms. Nataneal Jr arrived with his crew on the day the job started and laid plywood across all my hardwood floors to protect them and also installed plastic tarps around the rooms which would be affected by drywall dust when the wall was taken down. When they cut into the wall to start the opening it was discovered that the upstairs plumbing stack when straight through the centre of the wall along with electrical and the central vac pipes. Nataneal always had solutions to problems they encountered during the renovation whether it was plumbing, electrical or general construction issues. They worked hard, completed the job on time, were very trustworthy, polite and respectful (I work from home) and finished within budget and my new kitchen is spectacular! They even cleaned up after the job was done including washing down all cupboards, counters and the tile floors. I would definitely recommend them and would use them for another renovation. Basement renovation
The team finished our basement on time and on budget. The quality of the works was excellent. The overall experience with P&P and little Natanael's team was very positive.I would recommend P&P to any of my friends or families. Thank you very much.

2nd Kitchen, washroom, laundry room
A big part of the delay in moving forward on our renovations was my concern about finding a trustworthy contractor. I can't speak highly enough about the positive attitude and customer service focus of Natanael and his crew. All renovations run into surprises and roadblocks, but we received unbelievably helpful advice and cooperation to accommodate the problems instantly as they arose -- you simply never know what is inside the wall until you rip off the drywall. I was especially concerned that the contractor would use the surprises to drive upcharges and pad their pockets, but every modification or change to our original plan was considered and quoted as if they were still competing for the work. What more can I say? Competitive pricing, cooperative attitude, professional work ethic and attention to detail. All while making you feel that renovating your home is the most important job they've ever accepted. Wonderful tradesmen for the plumbing/electrical/ceramics, and a pleasure to have in our home. If you're going to meet a few contractors to get quotes and develop a feel for their work, make sure P&P is one of them. Natanael is the exact same thoughtful and considerate person from the quotation right through to the final inspection. You'll be happy with the process, the price, and the results.

Basement Renovation
The entire experience with P&P was positive, from the initial quote to the finished product. Mauricio and his team added a recreation room, bedroom (including a new window) and bathroom to our unfinished basement. They showed up on time, finished on schedule and on budget. The quality of the work was excellent and they were very accommodating to all of my requests throughout the entire process. I would recommended P&P to any of my friends or family. Full Home Renovation
As an Interior Design firm, having the right 'partnership' with a General Contractor is so crucial. All of our efforts and design work are only as good as the end result. Nataneal, Mario and their entire team are on the Top of our List! Simply put, P&P keep are projects On Time and On Budget and are clients are always Happy! What more can be said then this. Home Renovation
My husband, Michael, and I bought our home in our desired neighbourhood on our 'dream' street. We both saw the many difficiencies in our home and were aware of the extensive amount of work it would require to bring it up to date and turn it into a home that would be reflective of both of us. Upon our designer's recommendation - we met with Nataneal and subsequently secured P&P Renovations to do our home reno. Our wish list was extensive and when done given to Nataneal; Nataneal provided us with a detailed, clear and precise scope of work which outlined every minute detail of the project and the dollar amount connected with each. The scope of work was broken down into easily understood subgroups, i.e., 2nd floor, main floor and lower level living space. With Nataneal, we both immediately recognized his wide expanse of knowledge and expertise in home renovations; he was able to pinpoint areas that might present challenges and always had suggestions that were not only amazing - but practical, economical as well as cosmetically pleasing. The detailed and precise scope of work Nataneal provided us - which included all dollar amounts as well as start and finish dates - was adhered to throughout the project. Nataneal and his crew stayed on target with respect to start dates as well as completion date. Nataneal also stayed right on budget!! Mario - our site manager - and his crew proved to be not only hardworking, pleasant, professional and respectful - but demonstrated time and time again their dedication and commitment to a job well done! We witnessed their early morning start times as well as their late end times - more often than not working six days a week. Nataneal has a wonderful raport with his staff and is clearly well-respected by all of his employees; this respect and dedication to their employer is seen in their demeanor while on the job as well as their willingness to go the extra mile to make us happy. No detail was missed within our project and quite often we noticed that extra had been done with no mention to us and at no cost to us. We are 'keeping' Nataneal...we are 'keeping' Mario and we are 'keeping' his crew!! We feel so very fortunate to have had such an amazing team work on our home. Andrea and Michael Sheppard
