A full bathroom renovation, gutted down to the joists and concrete. They did a fantastic job and we have a beautiful bathroom with a heated floor. They also completed several other jobs fixing doors that didn't close, replacing a bedroom wall that wasn't insulated, fixing wainscoting, painting our entrance and stairwell. We couldn't be happier. Such nice people with excellent skills. Finished on time and on budget. Photo was taken before our glass was installed.

Natanael and his team did a great job with our backyard. The attention to detail was incredible and they were on time. They ran an electrical line out to our backyard, removed an extremely large stump, and did new fences on both sides of our yard. They left the backyard extremely clean and even power washed our deck so it matched with the new wood of our fencing.

We just finished a major renovation with our kitchen and adding doors to the back of the house. Nathaniel and his team were exceptional. Professional and flexible with changes we made. Excellent workmanship and would highly recommend them

Natanael and his team recently completed a full basement renovation for us and we are very happy with the results! This was a big project that included complete demolition and re-do of the existing basement, including new plumbing, electrical, flooring and fixtures. As you can see from the pictures, his team did a fantastic job bringing our design vision to life and we could not be happier with the results! We now have an incredible washroom (with 2 person shower), new laundry, living space and office! We would definitely recommend Natanael for anyone looking to do a renovation at home!

Two years ago Natanael and his amazing crew completed a project at our previous home. They renovated our kitchen and built a mudroom into our garage. We were so pleased with it that we knew we wanted them to come back to help us renovate our new home. Natanael kindly squeezed in our most pressing projects -- a leaky main floor bathroom and some repairs to the subfloor and staircase. After removing existing flooring and fixtures in the bathroom, we discovered that the damage was far worse than we thought. But Natanael took it in stride and he and his team worked tirelessly to replace the damaged flooring and wall in order to keep to their original timeline. Our bathroom turned out beautifully. It's exactly how we imagined it. We are looking forward to having Natanael and his crew back to renovate our kitchen and master bathroom next fall! Thank you!

Natanael and his team at P&P renovated my entire basement last summer and did a fantastic job. I recently called P&P to explain a minor leak that I noticed underneath my laundry sink and a crack in the drywall. They were both fixed right away. This is what I appreciate about P&P; their promise and delivery in ensuring that their customers are completely satisfied. Natanael is a man of his word and I say with confidence through my own experience that he will continue to treat you as his customer even after the project is completed.

Natanael and his team recently completed an entire build of a separate basement apartment in our small Toronto semi. This was a very good experience for us. His work is on time and (mostly)on budget, but the real bonus is that Natanael has so much experience that every time he encounters a problem - not uncommon in these 100 year old homes- he is able to come up with several solutions. In one example, there was a challenge with the workability of the drawings. Natanael's ideas made our final product so much better than it would have been originally! His team is polite and professional, and every day they cleaned the worksite thoroughly. The attention to detail is very good. It is obvious this team takes great pride in their work. If I ever have more renovations to do in our house, I will call Natanael first.

Natanael and his professional, personable crew did a fantastic job on a major renovation of our 100+ year home, adding an addition to the back of the house for a new bedroom and bathroom on the second floor, finishing the attic, replacing the front porch, adding a back deck, replacing most of the interior walls, as well as replacing all of our floors, windows and exterior doors. They are an incredibly hardworking team and committed to getting the work done on time and on budget. Before starting work, Natanael provided us a detailed outline of work to be done, a cost break down and a payment timeline. We always knew what to expect which was especially helpful as we were living in the house for a large part of the renovation. Natanael was always available by phone, text or email for any questions and provided us with great ideas such as making our old window openings into built in bookshelves. He was also extremely flexible, accommodating our many changes along the way (thank you!!). Nataneal and his team take great pride in what they do - their quality work speaks for itself.

My home is around 80 years old. We hired P&P to redo our second floor: 3 bedrooms and 2 washrooms upstairs. This included: remediating knob and tube wiring (entire home), spray foam insulation where possible, solve plumbing issues which involved replacing an old stack, 2 new washrooms included heated floors, moving walls (non-structural), creating walls, widening doors, exposing brick, painting, tile work, installing shiplap, built-in drawers for walk in closet, new flooring, doors and trim, plaster work etc. The full works. The result is stunning and pays homage to my older home. Natanael and his team were A M A Z I N G to work with. They respected my ideas and added value to them. So hardworking, efficient, polite, and organized. Excellent communication and transparency. Work was done on time, and on budget. From Day 1, they were busy and never wasted a day. Well-coordinated among all his trades. It was never a "no, can't do", but always a genius (and beautiful) solution. Quality materials used paired with the perfect finishing. I would definitely recommend P&P and will absolutely use again. The pictures speak for themselves.

His associates - Antonio, Manuel the Electrician and Williams from Premiere Custom Millwork did amazing jobs as well. All Electrical and Construction done to code. We needed someone to gutt our original 1950's kitchen, and found P & P on HomeStars. Natanael listened to our ideas and designed great kitchen. He came in on time and on budget. What really makes P & P great is that we had a few issues with construction. Never once did Natanael give us a hard time. All issues were handled 100%.
