We contacted HSG to renovate the ensuite bathroom and repair a damaged ceiling in the family room. We had done much research on the Internet and had some definite ideas about the look we wanted in the bathroom. We had made a list of the items and our concerns. Richard visited our home, looked at the areas, and listened to our ideas. He made comments and suggestions in keeping with our vision. We met with Richard and Jennifer in the showroom and were able to see the styles, colours, products and an overall plan of the final layout. Richard and Jennifer were very knowledgeable and searched for products and colours that complemented the look we wanted. We relied on their experience. The final design incorporated our ideas and their suggestions. We are very impressed and satisfied. The crew arrived on time and worked very hard and efficiently. They took time to explain and answer any questions we had. When questioned about leaks in the plumbing of the bath tub, they filled it to the overflow, gave me access to the pipes to reassure me that all the joints were leak-free. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were first rate. We highly recommend HSG to anyone who is contemplating having work done.

Richard and Jennifer are an amazing team. They are set up to work closely with the suppliers of the cabinetry, glass doors, granite etc. so everything is well coordinated. It was especially helpful to have everything professionally planned and designed. The bathroom is beautiful (thank you Jennifer!) and they delivered everything they promised. Richard was often on site and only a call away if we had questions. We felt comfortable having the work crews in the house and left for a few days while they were working. The workers were polite and skilled and kept on top of the cleanup every day. We're having them do a major reno on our kitchen next.

We hired Richard to help turn our dated bathrooms into the dream oasis' we had imagined. Richard did a fantastic job coordinating the process and worked with us even before the quote to make sure that he understood what we wanted and provided an accurate budget. The project included a revamp of an en-suite, main bath and powder room. Richard provided great guidance on design and material selection. His team worked diligently with as minimal disruption as possible. In the end we did get behind schedule and slightly over our budget but overall we are very satisfied with the work done.

We decided to renovate the shower from the en-suite bathroom. Out of the 3 contractors, Richard proved to be the most professional, providing a clear and detailed quotation. We agreed on a price and he was hired. The project started and was completed on time, without delay or extra charges. We are very pleased with the work performed by Paul, who handled every aspect of the project. He is very knowledgeable, well organized, and courteous, as well as attentive to our needs. He cleaned the site at the end of each day. It was an enjoyable experience with a happy ending. Thank you.

My wife and I wanted to add a shower to a small bathroom. We decided to hire Richard because he was responsive and offered some good ideas. We were not disappointed and are glad we made the choice we did! What stands out the most is the quality of work and attention to detail from his team. These guys were outstanding. Professional and went to great lengths to keep organized and clean. They even tried to keep their work quiet by closing the door when my newborn was trying to nap. We are thrilled with our new shower and would gladly recommend Richard and his team again.

We had interviewed several contractors before starting our major renovation project. Richard stood out due to the professionalism and due diligence he brought to the table. Our project was a re-haul of 3 bathrooms with services required for plumbing, roofing, electrical, vanities, tiles, floors et al. Richard was one stop shop. He was knowledgeable, dependable, reliable, efficient, skilled and reverential. He managed his staff and other contractors really well which gave us peace of mind. We were able to leave our house in his hands without any worries. Richard delivered exceptionally well done bathrooms with top notch quality. He made sure to revisit to fix any small issues that we had. We have already recommended Richard to friends and family and would unhesitatingly keep doing so. We just finished one year post renovations and our bathrooms are still focal points of attraction in the house. I wish Richard and Jennifer all the very best in professional and personal life!

I contacted Richard about a bathroom renovation feeling like my bathroom with a full stand up shower wouldn't be able to get done properly after speaking to a few contractors.who said it's too difficult to do in a condo. He assured me it could and came to give me a quote. His crew did amazing work, and did exactly what I asked for. They worked hard and made very little mess, which I was grateful for. The end result made my bathroom look like I spent more money than I did. Thank you guys for your hard work and patience on the drain, the shower threshold is perfect and the bathroom is beautiful!! Will definitely call you when it's time for my second bathroom.

HSG consulting, Richard does very professional, quality work. His team is also very hard worker. They strive to work with us for our bathroom renovation and do their best to offer many suggestions since planning. I would definitely recommend them do another project. They are the best of the best contractor in Toronto.

I had bought a 2 ½ story Century Home in Newmarket that still had knob and tube wiring in almost half of the house, plaster walls everywhere and a lovely 1950’s Kitchen with about 4 layers of floor. As soon as Richard saw what needed to be done he put us at ease by explaining everything in detail, all the steps that would be taken but very simply. There was a lot of planning that needed a lot of fine detail. We feel that Jennifer was perfect, she showed us all the different things we could do with the space we had, and help us decide how the whole thing would look when it was done. And that’s exactly what it ended up looking like. In a job like ours there were many decisions that needed to be made in a very short time. Both Jennifer and Richard were always there to guide us along, to give us all the options that were available to us so we could really make it, our home. All the different crews that came to work on our house were always, on time, very clean and polite. The day to day debris, dust and garbage was a lot less than I ever thought it would have been. We found any day to day difficulties that would come up,(and they do) were dealt with by Richard or Jennifer very, very quickly. AND...... the job came in on budget, we liked that! I have recommended Jennifer and Richard to my sister and 2 friends, and will do it again. Tom and Judy

I would like to thank Richard on the great job they did in our home. We felt very comfortable working with Richard as he shared many of philosophies. When we made a suggestion richard would review the situation and come up with helpful advice and suggestions. He was always a phone call away and made a complicated renovation turn out great.
