Great thanks to Mack's team. Only they can get things done in one day with client satisfaction to remove and install 12 new faucets and more other jobs. They are practical, responsible, and friendly. Leaking showerhead turned out to require the pipes to be replaced. Jonathan did an excellent job quickly, efficiently and for a fair price. It was done from start to finish in under four hours which was truly amazing. I would certainly hire Bosco again.

Had a leak from a shower, water all over my new Reno beneath it. Every contractor I spoke to insisted they would have to open up the ceiling to see the source of the water. Bosco sent a nice lad, he checked and double checked the shower fittings, found the culprit and had the entire job sorted in 30 minutes. These guys are my plumbers from now on 100%.

Although not my first positive experience with Bosco, yet inherently larger. Bosco was retained for a basement finishing project, inclusive of a bathroom and kitchenette / wet bar. Bryan was responsible for the completion of the rough in and finishing. His meticulous attention to detail, creativity in solving difficulties, and his professional demeanor in finishing the task promptly are the very least of our experience. He was second to none. Simply, Bryan really cared about the project just as much as we did. He showed up on time for each visit. Quickly assessed, and just got to it. No hassles, no fuss, no stress. Something rarely found with contractors. He used top quality parts and explained the maintenance and care of numerous products at hand. Bryan was well beyond our expectations, which were quite high as Bosco provided us with the highest quote for the project. It was obvious Bryan was really good at his job, and really enjoyed it too. I must also mention his demeanor and conduct with my very inquisitive toddler son was heartwarming and meant so much. He took the time to drop everything for each of his numerous questions. He involved him in many tasks. And each time left him some spare supplies for his own creative play. After the rough in my son was constantly requesting when he would return from how much he enjoyed his presence. Not enough can be said in this limited space. A shout out also should go out to Kevin, Meagan and Michael. Kevin was the plumbing manager. After a hiccup at the beginning of the project relating to communication issues for the original assessment. Kevin stepped up, way up. Came over late the following evening, after an already long day for himself. Reviewed the project and redrew the quote without charging more. He also came and completed the ventilation issues himself. You really felt he treated you like one of his own, you were family not a client. With the original communication issue, I reached out to Michael, the President of Atlas. He provided a quick, super quick response, and like Kevin resolved the issues the same day. And understanding my timeline, they managed to reschedule the project into their busy schedule within the week. All in all, if you want to be respected and treated as a priority. Spend the extra dollars and retain Bosco/Atlas.

We had a number of plumbing issues and also needed the removal of an old bathroom faucet and the installation of a new one. We decided to call upon Bosco Home Services as they are now part of AtlasCare, whom we use and trust. Bosco proceeded to send us a fine young plumbing professional by the name of Patrick. He arrived on time and proceeded to meticulously and comprehensively review what had to be done. He then produced an estimate as to the costing of the work required. It was reasonable and we agreed that he should proceed with the work. His work ethic was notable as we observed that he was very organized and an excellent diagnostician. Patrick is the consummate professional - knowledgeable, meticulous, efficient, friendly, empathetic, and respectful. He represents Bosco Home Services in the best possible way - by providing customer service which, based upon my service experiences of the past 20 years, is second to none. It assuredly goes without saying that, should the need arise for plumbing services, we intend to call upon Bosco Home Services first.

I wish to thank Atlas Care for the service guy that came to my home today, for the excellent work he did in replacing the taps I needed replacing because of links and fixing my toilet that didn't fill properly. I am happy to be able to save water and money. His professionalism, smile and expertise in his job was well appreciated. I differently would recommend this company to family and friends. The worst company I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with. I had to use multiple trades people to correct what they destroyed. When each trade asked “who did this?” And I told them Bosco. They all laughed and said yes this is not surprising. That’s how you know when a company is bad. Perhaps they should take this time and clean out everyone and start fresh. Then the owner can get a grip on a moral compass and stop taking peoples money an not doing the job.

As part of my long time HVAC company (Atlas Care), Bosco Home Services was recommended to me by the folks at Atlas. I was a bit apprehensive as to possible alterations to my basement that might occur as a result of replacing the old, worn sewer pipes. However, the gentleman in charge of the crew asked me to wait until he was able to assess the site. 20 minutes later, he found that there was no need to do any damage to my basement except removal of a few floor tiles around the interior end of the drain so as to install a back-valve. I was at ease from then on and left them to their work. The guys were very polite, worked extremely hard (and this was a cold and snowy day), kept me informed at all times, answered all my questions and minimized the unavoidable dirtying of my house (they used plastic over all the steps and to cover any items in the vicinity of their work). They brought enough men so that the work was finished in one day and they left my driveway and lawn in broom-swept condition. They even swept the sidewalk so as not to leave a mess for my neighbors walking by. I appreciated their respectful demeanor and they left me confident that the work was well done.
