Jasen responded to my request for a quote and confirmation of availability within hours of my request. This was after another local handyman dropped the ball. Jasen brought all supplies needed, was quick, and knoweledgeable. He charges for the actual time to do the work, is pleasant, and is someone I won't hesitate to call back to have more work done in the future.

Cairnstone Construction visited our home as soon as we called and provided a quote the next day. Jasen was very thorough and ensured that everything we'd asked about was included in the quotation. While we provided materials such as tiles and grout. Jasen covered all other materials and provided various samples for us to choose from. Jasen came prepared will all materials so there was no need for him to keep making visits to a hardware store. Jasen took his time and was very thorough with the work requested. Even though it took twice as long to complete Jasen didn't change his quote. We would recommend Jasen for any handyman job.

We had Jasen to install porcelain tiles in our basement hallway for us. He was very careful in his work and showed up in time as scheduled. Jasen also did a nice clean up job after the installation. He is very friendly and easy to work with. I definitely will recommend him to my friends and ask him to do my next home projects again.

Jasen did a great job of replacing the trim on my exterior doors. He priced a number of alternatives and made good decisions. He and his assistant worked quickly, cleaned up after, and returned promptly for a bit of adjusting. My only concern is he's so busy I had to wait for a while for the work to be done, and that got a little frustrating, but it must mean he's good at what he does!

I was very pleased with the work Jasen did. He is conscientious, reliable and worked hard to ensure I was satisfied. I live in a small space that is also my work space, which made for a challenging project. Jasen was always mindful of this and did everything he could to minimize the disruption. His calm and pleasant approach helped a lot to alleviate the stress of the situation. I would be happy to recommend him to friends or neighbours.

We've hired Jasen twice for various repairs. The first time we asked him to repair a sunken door jam. He did this, and suggested and installed weather protection. We were also about to embark on exterior house painting, and he replaced rotting window sills. Fast forward a few months later, when our painters finally arrived, and found more rotting wood in other places. Jasen managed to accommodate us into his busy schedule to replace the rot so the painters could continue and compete the job on time. He is responsive, shows up when he says he will, does quality work, and charges fairly for his services. We recommend him without hesitation!

Jasen is an experienced, reasonably-priced and reliable Home Handyman who was on time for his service appointments and good at determining alternative repair options when faced with outdated hardware or difficult repair situations. In particular, he determined that a complete guide track overhaul was needed for a badly damaged pocket door roller system and he looked after the acquisition of new parts and removal/installation of the new system in a challenging area to "get at" things. I'll be using his services again in the future when I have other fix-it jobs that require an experienced hand.

Cairnstone Construction, did great work was fast and efficient. An estimate was given this estimate was extremely competitive and he came with in budget and was on time. The new steps and approach look great. I would recommend jasen any time.

Jasen was prompt, pleasant and did the job quickly and well for a reasonable price - what more could you ask for. I initially had Jasen come to my office to anchor furniture and large shelving units. Again, brought everything he needed, was organized and got the job done in no time. I understand that Jasen is capable of doing much bigger jobs and would definitely recommend him to anyone and will call him for future work required around my home or at the office.

Jasen was great to work with. He showed up on time every day, early on some days, ready to work. He worked fast and his work was of good quality. He did the demolation and installation of all the kitchen fixture and cabinets. He laid a new bamboo floor for me as well. He did familiarly good work for both bathrooms. I have had so many compliments from friends and family who have visited my house since the renovation was completed. I am planning my next home improvement project with hiring Cairnstone Construction in mind. Thank you Jasen!
