    Replace Brick Sills with Stone sills, repair Brick column and parging

    We highly recommend Chameleon Masonry Restoration. We have used Chameleon twice in the past 6 years for different repairs. We were referred by a friend in 2014 when we had brick and masonry repairs. They did a wonderful job, and when we had new job requiring masonry repair we turned to them again. Just as our great experience with them in 2014, they again were great right from the start of our contact with them in 2020. They provided options to address our repairs, they were professional, provided timely quote, provided touch points regarding schedule, and their staff were professional and did amazing work. They did a great job that looks amazing and with no mess remaining for us. We even had an additional brick repair we noticed just before they arrived for the original repair and they quickly provided a quote for that and adjusted their scheduled to complete that before they finished the job. Thank you to all of the crew and staff at Chameleon. We are very happy with the results of your work.

    brick structure on a home

    a difficult job due to the restricted work space area. the project was completed on time. the result exceeded my expectations. all the staff I met was very knowledgeable and professional. I would not consider using anyone else david carson

    Chimney Rebuild

    Chimney on our 27 year old house was badly spalled with bricks broken about halfway down from the rain cap. Chameleon rebuilt from the roofline up, resealed the flashing and rain cap. The new brick is a very close match (you would have to know the chimney was not original to see the difference) and looks fantastic. The crew was working from about 8am until 6pm and did a great job, including cleaning the work site. I would use their services again and would not hesitate to recommend Chameleon.

    Tuckpointing and brick repair for house exterior

    I am extremely happy with the work and professionalism of Chameleon Masonry. I had multiple areas of brick and mortar that were cracked and crumbling due to faulty workmanship and water damage. All of my inquiries were answered promptly and an inspection date was quickly booked. Jesse was very knowledgeable, explained the entire process and answered all of my questions. He ensured all areas needing repair were identified. Staff were punctual, courteous, and clean. The workmanship is fantastic and looks wonderful. They even took measures to prevent future water damage. It was a great pleasure doing business with this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing masonry repairs.

    Chimney rebuild/repair, Parging and brick replacement

    My Chimney was crumbling, brick all around my home was disintegrating, it was dangerous and getting worse. Chameleon did everything they claimed. I had neighbours commenting on how closely they matched the brick. Their work, their staff, all wonderful. Could not be happier with the entire experience.

    Exterior Masonary work on brick spalling

    I am very happy with the quality of the work done and I was treated with professionalism and courtesy during the whole process. The work done by Chameleon Masonary Restoration resolved the brick spalling and water damage to my home and when finished showed the quality and craftsmanship of their work. When they started removing spalled bricks, they found extensive damage to the framework of my house under the brick. They provided a revised proposal and restored the framing and the spalled brick. The final price was exactly as quoted in the work proposal and all work proposed was completed. I am very happy with the quality of their solution to the problems I had on my house and would recommend them definitely.

    Below grade brick replacement

    I am extremely happy with the work on done on my house by Chameleon Masonry Restoration. They replaced 3 rows of a below grade brick with cinder block and parging; and I believe they went above and beyond with their workmanship. It looks amazing and just like a regular foundation wall. The crew was on-time, courteous, professional, explained everything and did a full cleanup after the job was done. The price quoted was the priced charge. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to get masonry repair work done.

    Porch Repair - Masonry and Brick restoration

    I interviewed 4 contractors for my porch repair. When Brett from Chameleon came to assess the job and he was the most knowledgeable and professional. Derrick's workmanship surpassed my expectations!

    Replace deteriorated Brick & Parge to repair near foundation

    Excellent service & great work from beginning quote until repairs completed! After being referred by a friend, after calling the appointment for a quote was very quick. Brett came to see what needed repair, and provided a detailed description of work that would be done as well as potential reasons the deterioration had occurred in the original brick work of our house with quote to complete repairs. The tradesmen that came to complete the repairs were very professional and described exactly what they were doing and the sequence of their work. They ensured they had correct bricks and close match to colours. We were extremely happy with the work they did and they helped to ensure that this shouldn't happen in the future by sealing better in a few additional areas. The final cost was as per the quote; no surprises. Thank you for the great work. You can't even tell that bricks had been replaced. Looks great! Thank you.

    Chimney rebuild

    I ordered the chimney rebuild for my house. The project was done on time. Quality was great, people very friendly. Workers cleaned everything after themself. Overall very happy with the the quality of the job done.
