    Great service - couldn't be happier

    We hired Templar do work in our condo, scraping our popcorn ceiling (contained asbestos) and removing a wall (joint compound contained asbestos). Our condo board required type 3 abatement for the ceiling. We're extremely happy with the results. Robert and his team communicated very well throughout the whole process, made sure that our requirements were understood and met, and walked us through afterwards to ensure we were happy with the results. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat, and should the need arise would absolutely use them again.

    Great service, Trustworthy company

    I hired templar in the past for a smaller job, and was very happy with their service. This time, I hired them for vermiculite removal, mold remediation and reinsulating the attic, and they delivered the same great service. Robert and his teams explained the process thoroughly, went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable with the WHOLE process. I hope I don't require their services any more! but I would definitely recommend them!

    Knowledgeable, professional, and quick turnaround.

    My condo unit had asbestos ceiling and I needed it to be done properly. Robert was experienced and knowledgeable, and his crew was well trained. They followed clear safety procedures and got the job done in a safe and timely manner. There was good communication all along and I could rely on Robert to guide me through the challenging situation.

    Attic: Vermiculite Removal, Mould Removal, Baffle Installation, and R60 Insulation

    We were looking to increase our attic insulation but had a difficult time finding anyone who would work with the vermiculite in our attic. It had tested negative for asbestos, but other insulation companies would still not come near it. We decided we would remove it all, and redo it. We called Robert in December, who came to do a free estimate the next day. We are in a semi-detached, with two attics. We were on a tight timeline to get our attic re-insulated because we were going through the Enbridge Energy Rebate and Canada Greener Homes programs. Robert was able to book us in for a 3 day job in February. After the vermiculite was removed, there was a bit of mould discovered in the attic. Robert's team was able to remove the mould on the third day of work. Robert knew we were on a timeline, so he squeezed in the R60 re-insulation on a Saturday. We were very relieved to have the project done in time. The team did an amazing job keeping our home safe and clean. They showed us before and after pictures and were very friendly. We would recommend them and work with them again.

    Asbestos Pipe Insulation Removal

    Robert was a pleasure to work with. Called him on Thursday, he was able to come in to inspect the situation on Friday. He sent a quote in on Saturday and they were able to start the work on Tuesday. Joe and his team showed up on time and got set up. There were 3 areas we were having cleaned up spread throughout the basement. It took a bit of time but they were all done and cleaned up by 2:30pm. They did a very good job and left the site clean. All and all very impressed with the speed and efficiency as well as the quality of the work. Thank you!

    Asbestos test in Toronto

    I need to renovate my house, Robert is professional and knowledgeable, he finished my asbestos test in 3 business days. Their report is detailed and certified. I Definitely will refer them to my friends.

    Asbestos and mould removal

    Mould Removal

    They showed up when they said they would, were honest and did good work for the price they quoted. Can't beat that! I recommend them!

    Vinyl asbestos tile removal

    We were just beginning a demolition project in order to remodel our very old laundry room/powder room. I am a handy person myself and decided to take on some of the work. Unfortunately something very suspicious turned up within 10 minutes of the demolition of the floor. Our home was originally built in 1914 but this part of the house was built later. Upon removing the first chunk of ceramic tile I saw some very old vinyl tile under the ceramic tiles. I immediately called Robert and he responded promptly. It is a busy time for them but he still found time to do the assessment and confirmed that it was asbestos. His 2 person team was courteous and thorough. They completed the removal of all the galvanized mesh, ceramic tile, mortar and subfloor. There were actually several layers of subfloor to remove. After the demolition and removal was completed, they followed a very rigorous protocol to make sure the area was clean and safe. Having this service really helps with peace of mind.

    Asbestos testing

    Robert was very helpful on the phone and was able to come and take samples on the same day. We were very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to recommend the company to family and friends. Thank you!
