    Removal of UFI from our vents and Moled from our addic

    Basement asbestos sampling

    I contacted Templar from a neighborhood group referral. Robert always responded and was able to come sample different spots in our basement. He recommended different areas to test and he took the time to explain all my questions. The test results came back in 3 business days where a report was generated and Robert answered some additional questions for me. I would highly recommend.

    Asbestos removal

    We have used Robert at Templar before for another asbestos covered pipe, and when we found more in a tight space they were the only people we called because our last experience was so good. Robert came the same day to evaluate the situation, and had someone 3 days later in my house removing it. Robert is easy to deal with, fair, straight forward, and above all, very professional. Would highly recommend Templar. The work they do it top notch.

    Asbestos wall removal

    It is very nice working with Robert and his team. Great communication and prompt reply with email/phone. He will get the project done with a reasonable cost/time. Very happy with the service.

    No-nonsense asbestos removal

    I called around for asbestos removal which was required for an upcoming renovation. Robert was quick to respond to my inquiry, gave a competitive quote and his company was available for the work in short notice (a couple of days). David showed up on time in the AM, described the work in detail, answered all my questions and had completed the job by early afternoon. He sent pics of the job and described an unexpected duct which had to be dealt with but was covered in the scope of the job. I'll be calling Templar if I need further work of this nature in the future.

    Great Service, Highly Recommend

    Templar helped remove some asbestos around our boiler pipes and dining room. Robert and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They were not only professional and respectful but their price was competitive (price included a 3rd party air quality check). They were on schedule and did a great clean up job. Highly recommend Templar.

    Asbestos testing

    We just moved into an older home and want to do some work right away. There were several spots that concerned us (ie acoustic ceiling tile, vinyl flooring, popcorn ceiling, etc,...). I contacted Templar based on their reviews. Robert replied right away and we set up an appointment for the next day. He carefully took samples of the areas of concern and also suggested other areas that I wasn't even aware that could contain asbestos. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. The results came back within two days and, thankfully, were all negative. I highly recommend their services.

    Great fast service

    Robb was very insightful with his knowledge of asbestosis removal. He was fast in getting back to me and patient in explaining the procedure of removal.

    Painless Process Getting Asbestos tested and Removed

    After opening a wall on a Monday, we unexpectedly came across an asbestos insulated vent. I called Templar that evening, and had a consultation scheduled for the next day. Robert came by, took one look at the vent and confirmed our fears. He took a handful of samples in a few other areas, answered all of my questions and gave some precautionary advice on what we could do in the meantime. Without asking, he made some calls and was able to procure some cleaning supplies and PPE at wholesale prices. I heard back from him on the Thursday with the analysis results and we scheduled a time for the next day to get the vent removed. His colleague David, came in the morning, answered a bunch of questions and got to work. He took a tonne of precautions, sealed the area off and when finished left the place spotless. I would recommend Templar without hesitation. Both Robert and David, were consumate professionals. They were knowledgeable and reassuring and took care of things super quickly. While asbestos removal may not exactly be the type of thing you WANT to spend money on when doing renovations, it's one of those things that has to get done. If you're unfortunate enough to come across it in your travels, I would recommend reaching out to Templar if you want to get the job done right!

    HVAC Asbestos Removal

    When renovating our 70 year old home we discovered two ducts wraps in asbestos wrap. Robert was fast to respond to our initial request for a quote and the work was done quickly and carefully by David. David made sure to answer all our questions after the work was done and put our minds at ease that our home was now asbestos free. Templar provided all the documentation afterwards that the work was conducted up to standard. I would not think twice about recommending Templar to anyone looking for asbestos abatement.
