Greg did work for us in 2011, but I have just joined Homestars, so finally getting around to writing a review. We had issues in our condo where the tiles became separated from the floor and were only held in place by the grout. Greg did a lot of research to determine why this happened and used some different products to ensure that it wouldn't happen again with our new tiles. Greg went out of his way to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with the work (he even replaced a chipped tile that we noticed).

Greg opened our dining room ceiling, investigated the plubming and then repaired and painted. I was impressed with the care taken around the antique furniture and the cleanliness of the job. Our new front porch is amazing! We've had numerous compliments about the design. Again, Greg worked quickly and neatly... finished in under the week. The quilt-like wood border is exacting and beautiful. The porch definitely increased the value of our home. Bravo Moody Construction!

Moody construction was very professional. They placed drop cloths all over so clean up was a snap! I would recommend Greg and his team to anyone doing any type of renovations!

Greg showed up to work when promised. He had helpful suggestions, went the full mile to give me what I wanted and did it all with a smile. His skills are exceptional and always cleaned up after himself. Greg honoured the quote he gave me. He offered to do much more than asked. I would not hesitate to have Greg work in my house again. I'm very happy with my renovations.

Having seen some of Greg's work on other projects, we had no doubt that Greg would be the right person for our complete bathroom gut and remodel job. And now that the job has finished, we can absolutely stand behind that statement. Greg was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely hard working, detail oriented, incredibly friendly and a level of craftsmanship second to none. His attention to detail, fair pricing and quality of work is simply outstanding and we would not hesitate to recommend Greg to anyone looking for a contractor. You really cannot go wrong with Greg. Simply outstanding!

Greg's greatest assets are numerous. His honesty and integrity are top notch and he takes great pride in his work. He is friendly, patient, easy-going, and a pleasure to have in the home. His attention to detail, and cleanliness/care of the job site are of great importance to him as well. Greg is also a resident in my own neighbourhood and he operates according to the principles above - both on and off the job site. He takes the time to explain in detail how he will go about the project, and I really trust his judgement. Greg drywalled a few walls and ceilings on our 2nd floor, sound- proofed a shared wall in our semi-detached home, and took a creative approach to repairing and replacing portions of the old / damaged oak baseboards throughout our house. All with excellent results. When it came time to get the painters in to perform their estimates, every one of them immediately asked, "wow...who did the work on the walls and ceiling?....this is top quality!" They all wanted his contact information. Greg is also a hard worker who will sometimes even work right through the lunch hour without a bite! I don't know how he does it!
